Boston House sleeps up to 14, or 7 with single occupancy of the bedrooms. With a large dining table and other breakout rooms available, this house lends itself well to formal meetings and more informal think tank sessions with colleagues. And there’s a cinema room too for business-related presentations or for enjoying some informal time with other delegates.
A hot tub in the courtyard allows for relaxed downtime, and the location in the Lake District provides ample opportunity for outdoor activities, team building and a breath of fresh air between discussions.
We can organise catering should your group require it. Otherwise the house is fully set up for self catering, if preferred.

Twin boiler gas fired central heating throughout the house. Living flame gas fire in lounge.

Boston House has secluded private grounds. Shared only with the other guests of The Terrace. There is a 7 seat hot tub in the private rear courtyard.

We offer Monday and Friday changeovers only. 4 night weekend breaks, 4 night mid-week breaks and 7 night breaks available.

The House is located in secluded private grounds just above Windermere. It’s only 2 mins walk to everything this lovely lakeland village has to offer.

Windermere village, 500 metres.
Booths supermarket, great for local produce, only 400 metres away. Lakeland next door to Booths for all manor of household goods.
Many bars and restaurants located only 2 minutes walk away in Windermere village.
Manchester 1hr 15m, Liverpool 1hr 15m, Blackpool 50m, Leeds/Bradford 1hr 30m.
Windermere station is 400 metres away and has links through to the main railway network at Oxenholme.
There is a bus station directly outside Windermere station with links to most lake district towns.
