## About The Property

The modern chalet is nestled at the end of the northern ridge of the Malvern Hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty. The property is ideal for 12 people but can accommodate up to 18 people in 5 rooms. The chalet also has a fully fitted kitchen/diner, 2 separate shower rooms with WCs (including a WC and shower suitable for wheelchair users) and a small lounge. Also available to use is a separate games room with indoor bowling alley, table football and TV/DVD.

The option of full catering is available and there is ample parking on site. Within walking distance is a lovely local pub, The Brewers Arms, which offers home cooked food in a friendly atmosphere and often has live music. Slightly further is the 'Star' Chinese restaurant and pub which offers traditional Chinese food in a friendly atmosphere, with a pub attached that serves real ales.

Our wooded grounds contain ponds rich in aquatic life and are adjacent to larger woodlands with an orienteering course. On site we also have a high ropes and an assault course, a zip wire, parachute jump and a king swing. There are also 3 climbing towers as well as a climbing wall. Please enquire at the time of booking for activity costs and to book. We cannot guarantee outdoor activities will be available if not pre-booked.

The Centre is on the north end of the ridge which is ideal for walking the hills, Malvern town centre is also only 20 minutes walk away.

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** At the owners discretion.
- **Accessibility:** Access to chalet is on flat ground. Disabled shower and toilet facilities. Generally access around site is limited due to the hills and terrain.
- **WiFi:** We do not have any public phones. Mobile coverage can be patchy. We do have WiFi.
- **Kitchen:** Modern fully fitted kitchen comprising fridge, freezer, oven and hob, microwave. All the cutlery and crockery needed along with all cooking utensils.
- **Dining Room:** The kitchen doubles as the dining room with large table and chairs.
- **Sitting Room:** Small lounge area with 2 sofas, TV/DVD.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** TV/DVD.
- **Games Room:** With bowling alley, table football and a selection of board games; there is a separate area for tea/coffee making facilities and TV/DVD.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Central heating.
- **Bedrooms:** 5 bedrooms comprising of 4 x 4 bed room (bunk beds), 1 x 2 bed room (single beds).
- **Linen:** We provide bottom sheet, duvet and pillow case; bedding can be provided (duvet cover and pillowcase) for an additional £5 per person.
- **Bathrooms:** 1 men's shower/toilets with 2 showers and 2 toilets; 1 women's shower room with 2 toilets (1 disabled), 2 showers (1 suitable for wheelchair users).
- **Children's Facilities:** There is a small play area for young children and football pitch about 5 minute walk from Centre. Indoor board games are provided.
- **Outdoor:** The property is set in an outdoor activities centre with 2 other accommodation blocks used for school visits; BBQ available on requests, seated area.
- **Swimming Pool:** No - although there is the 'Splash' in Great Malvern.
- **Parking:** Parking available.
- **Smoking:** No - separate covered smoking area provided adjacent to the Chalet accommodation.
