Bourne End House is a large detached property sleeping up to 16 guests, set in its own gardens. With large spacious rooms retaining many original features, the on-site private pub with it's draught beer and hot tub, this house is ideally suited to host family celebrations and gatherings!

Bourne End House features two large lounges, one with a log burner. There is a bright and airy conservatory leading off one of the living rooms into the garden. The kitchen opens up into the dining room with seating for all guests.

All bedrooms are light with ample space. The ground floor double bedroom has a wet room bathroom opposite; no steps to either make it suitable for less able bodied guests.

The first floor has 2 double bedrooms (1 en suite showcasing a roll top bath) and a triple room (3 single beds). The family bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath, and there is a separate shower room and separate single toilet on this floor.

The second floor has a double bedroom, a triple (3 single beds) and a twin. There are also 2 shower rooms with toilets on this floor.

We can order 11 gallon kegs of beer on your behalf from £1.50 a pint and have them fitted ready for your arrival, so you can even pull your own pint in your own, private traditional English pub! The pub boasts a pool table, dart board and table football.

Currently our insurance will not cover for any EV charging via our properties domestic sockets and therefore these must be recharged at a designated EV charging point.

The large lawned areas are fantastically maintained with so much space for children to run around in! There is also a brick built barbecue for summer evenings and a play area to keep the younger guests occupied while the adults enjoy the bar! One of the great features of the private gardens is the 8 seater hot tub!

One double bedroom on the ground floor with a wet room bathroom opposite - no steps to either so would be suitable for less abled guests.

Dog Friendly

Up to 2 dogs may be considered at a fee of £50 per pet. We do ask that dogs are not let into sleeping areas, on furniture or are not left unattended.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with a multi-fuel range, fridge freezer, washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, pans and utensils.

Dining Room

The dining room has two large tables to cater for the whole family with the kitchen opening up into the dining room.

Sitting Room

The property features two large lounge areas for sitting back and relaxing. There is also a large conservatory over looking the gardens.

TV and Music Facilities

Sky TV including sports in the pub.

Games Room

The second half of the private pub boasts a pool table, darts board and table football. Board games are also supplied.

Heating and Open Fires

One of the two lounges has a log burner. Central heating throughout.

Bedrooms

Ground floor double room. 2 doubles and 1 triple room (3 singles) on 1st floor. 1 double, 1 twin (2 singles) and 1 triple (3 singles) on 2nd floor.

Linen

All bed linen included. One bath towel and one hand towel provided per guest. 8 additional hot tub towels provided. Oven gloves and tea towels also.

Bathrooms

9 in total; 1 wet room + 2 WCs on ground floor. 1 bathroom (Jacuzzi Bath), 1 shower room, 1 WC and 1 en suite on 1st floor. 2 bathrooms on 2nd floor.

Children's Facilities

Travel cot and highchair provided. Children's play area in the garden.

Outdoor

The large lawned and landscaped gardens are complemented with a hot tub and seating area with a brick built barbecue.

Swimming Pool

Outdoor private hot tub. There is no pool.

Parking

There is ample parking on the drive for up to 4 cars with on road parking available directly outside the gates.

Smoking

This is a no smoking property.
