Bournemouth Boutique is a beautiful large holiday house in Southbourne Bournemouth, set on a lovely tree lined avenue. This is a spacious house with plenty of room for a large group of friends for a weekend break, or for getting family members together for a celebration or special occasions

This 1920's refurbished period house has 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms over three floors and can sleep up to 32 people. One of the bathrooms features a large 4 person bath and another one a sauna.

The kitchen is equipped for self-catering or bringing in outside catering. The very spacious dining and lounge that features a large dining table, sofas and a TV is perfect for a dinner party or to play games for a night in. The property also has a nice size enclosed back garden with barbecues.

The house has it's own private mini spa, which features a sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and plunge pool. Day use of the facilities can be added at an extra cost to the house rental or as part of a package. We are happy to help you organise activities, entertainment and catering for your group - everything you need to make your event or weekend memorable and perfect. We offer packages at this property, so please get in touch for more examples.

The house is only a 10 - 15 minute walk to one of Bournemouth's award winning beaches or a 10 - 15 minute drive to Bournemouth town centre for shopping or a great night out! There are also great local independent restaurants and pubs nearby as well as small grocery stores. There are plenty of activities for large groups around the area: some favourites are It's a Knockout, go karting, New Forest aqua park and all kinds of watersports. The magical New Forest is also nearby, where you can see the famous wild ponies, go for a nice walk or a bike ride and enjoy a comfy pub lunch.

Gated off road parking is available for 8 cars and 10-12 cars if you block each other in. The street parking is also free.
