Bookings taken for family holidays and friends getaways from June until September each year - no bookings taken during the academic year. Total capacity of up to 300 on site.

Bournemouth University Village is located in the heart of Bournemouth, only 5 minutes’ walk away from the town centre with all its shops, cinema, theatre and parks and just ten minutes’ walk away from the beach. A mini supermarket is conveniently located at both Lyme Regis and Chesil House, right next door.

Both Lyme Regis and Chesil House offer 24/7 staff and great on-site facilities. Shared facilities include a large communal lounge and well-equipped kitchen area with space for dining in each flat and all our buildings offer free Wi Fi throughout. Each flat contains 5 or 6 en suite bedrooms.

Both sites also offer large social areas on the ground floor, refurbished in 2014. These provide several areas to chill and socialise, as well as pool tables, games areas and much more!

During the summer months our villages can offer accommodation to corporate or private groups. Whether you are a language school or simply a group of friends or relatives looking for affordable accommodation, we can help.
