## About The Property

Bookings taken for family holidays and friends getaways from June until September each year - no bookings taken during the academic year. Total capacity of up to 300 on site.

Bournemouth University Village is located in the heart of Bournemouth, only 5 minutes’ walk away from the town centre with all its shops, cinema, theatre and parks and just ten minutes’ walk away from the beach. A mini supermarket is conveniently located at both Lyme Regis and Chesil House, right next door.

Both Lyme Regis and Chesil House offer 24/7 staff and great on-site facilities. All our buildings offer free Wi Fi throughout. Each flat contains 5 or 6 en suite bedrooms.

Both sites also offer large social areas on the ground floor, refurbished in 2014. These provide several areas to chill and socialise, as well as pool tables, games areas and much more!

During the summer months our villages can offer accommodation to corporate or private groups. Whether you are a language school or simply a group of friends or relatives looking for affordable accommodation, we can help.

## Facilities

- **Accessibility:** All our communal areas are on the ground floor and easily accessible and floors can be reached via lift access.
- **WiFi:** All our buildings have free WiFi.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** There is a TV in the main social space on the ground floor of each building.
- **Games Room:** We have social rooms with a pool table and free to air TV and PlayStation 4.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Electric storage heaters are in each bedroom and flat.
- **Bedrooms:** All bedrooms at Chesil House are single bedrooms and 3/4 in Lyme Regis, with bedside cabinet, desk & chair, wardrobe, bookshelf and chest of drawers.
- **Linen:** Linen, bedding and towels are included in our packages.
- **Bathrooms:** All bathrooms are en suite with a sink, shower and toilet.
- **Swimming Pool:** There are various leisure centres in Bournemouth offering swimming pools.
- **Parking:** There is no parking on site, however public parking can be found in the town centre of Bournemouth only a ten minute walk away.
- **Smoking:** There is a no smoking policy in all our buildings. We have got designated smoking areas outside.
