Bookings taken for family holidays and friends getaways from June until September each year – no bookings taken during the academic year. Total capacity of up to 300 on site.
Our village is located in the heart of Bournemouth, just 5 minutes’ walk away from the town centre with many shops, cinema, theatre and parks and just ten minutes’ walk away from the beach. A mini supermarket is conveniently located at both Lyme Regis and Chesil House, right next door. Classroom and catering can be offered with partner Universities and Colleges.
Both Lyme Regis and Chesil House offer great on site facilities for youth and school groups. Each flat contains 5 or 6 en suite bedrooms. Shared facilities include a large communal lounge and well equipped kitchen area with space for dining and socialising in each flat. All our buildings offer free WiFi throughout.
Both sites also offer large social areas on the ground floor, including several areas to chill and socialise, as well as pool tables, games areas and much more!
