This huge Victorian seaside property is full of exciting features, to give the perfect solution for families and friends to gather together and enjoy a fabulous holiday by the sea. Well-behaved stag and hen parties are also welcomed at the property, which can be booked for a long weekend or a week.

The Bournemouth Villa is situated in its own grounds and comfortably sleeps up to 28 over the 4 floors, just 5 minutes’ walk away from the award-winning family friendly beaches at Bournemouth and Boscombe. The house is a 2 minute walk to the beautiful Boscombe Chine Gardens, with children’s play areas, a mini golf course, a basketball court, a nature trail and a public art arena.

Once through the gardens, you arrive at The Coastal Activity Park on Boscombe Beach which offers over 20 activities on the sea and sand, so there is always plenty to do for any type of party group and activities to suit all ages.

The property is light and spacious, with charming period Victorian touches, plenty of modern facilities and a lovely warm quality feel. An elegant winding staircase in the entrance hall reveals the two-storey stained glass windows, along with solid doors, attractive sash windows and tiled cast iron fireplaces in many of the bedrooms.

There is ample parking for 7 cars and plenty of free-parking in the road. An enclosed garden at the rear of the property is a great place for alfresco dining and relaxing, with a four-ring gas barbecue and plenty of relaxing garden chairs. The property also has its own full size American pool table.

The Bournemouth Villa enjoys a great location only 1 mile from the town centre of Bournemouth. There are the traditional bucket-and-spade and deckchair delights with Bournemouth Bay offering over 7 miles of golden sands. A trip on the Land Train from Boscombe to Bournemouth Pier is a must, for some wonderful cliff top views and plenty of choice to enjoy stop-offs in the tea rooms, ice cream parlours, cafés and traditional pubs and fish restaurants.

Facilities

A compact commercial styled kitchen with a double gas oven and a five ring hob for large groups. There are 2 microwaves, 3 toasters and 3 kettles.
The separate dining room is a flexible modern space and often our groups order in a private chef and catering to prepare a party feast.
The lounge is very warm and inviting, with its high ceiling, full length curtains and plenty of furniture in front of a central gas fireplace. Sky TV.
The lounge has a new 55" Panasonic Smart TV, with USB sockets for your gadgets. There is a full Sky TV package with Cinema, Sport and Music.
Superfast BT WiFi covers the whole property.
The games room on the lower ground floor has a full size competition American pool table, so all our guests can enjoy some great holiday challenges.
There is full gas-fired central heating and each radiator can be adjusted to suit each room temperature. There is a gas fire in the main lounge.
The 9 bedrooms cater well for all types of groups, with a range of doubles, singles and bunk beds. Three bedrooms have their own en suite bathrooms.
Freshly laundered bed linen and duvets are supplied and beds made up ready for your arrival. There are extra bed covers and blankets, if required.
3 bathrooms, 3 separate toilets, 2 shower rooms and 3 en suite bathrooms, so there are plenty of washroom facilities for a large group.
There are three wide steps into the main front door. The ground floor offers a twin bedroom with en suite shower room, suitable for a wheelchair user.
There is Sky TV, some board games in the lounge and plenty of space to play in and out of the house.
There is a small garden to the rear, but plenty of space to relax and use the large Texas-style barbecue and garden chairs.
There is no swimming pool.
There is parking for 6 cars on the front drive of the property and free parking in the main road with no parking restrictions.
No smoking inside the property please, but there is plenty of space at the front of the house and in the rear garden.
Well-behaved pets are allowed to stay in the property, but may incur an extra cleaning fee when you depart.

Location

The Bournemouth Villa is less than one mile to Bournemouth town centre and less than half a mile directly onto the sea front and Bournemouth Beach. Great for exploring the south coast.
Bournemouth town centre is less than 1 mile and Poole town centre is 3 miles away.
There is a large Asda Superstore nearby and all of the online supermarkets will deliver to The Bournemouth Villa.
There is a wide range of restaurants, pubs and wine bars to choose from as you head along Old Christchurch Road towards Bournemouth.

Booking Information

Please email your initial enquiry. I require a minimum 2 night booking and a £500 deposit to secure the dates and you will receive an emailed booking contract. Your full rent is then due 6 weeks before your arrival date. Your deposit is returned 14 days after your departure, subject to any costs.
