Amidst the property's lush gardens and stately rooms, you’ll create unforgettable moments against the backdrop of Bowley's timeless charm.

This is a rural idyll, set in 22 acres, at the end of the tree-lined driveaway, with the accommodation split between the main house sleeping 18 and the coachhouse for a further 6 (with z-beds for extras). Inside, stunning heritage features gel perfectly with modern home comforts. With a huge games room, bar, library and pool table, it’s a special spot for special gatherings.

This is a place to meet on the terrace around the firepit. To fire pizza in the clay oven. To wander the rose garden, woods and orchard. To pull a book from the shelf and unwind within its pages. To leave, only to revel in local arts and music festivals. Or to chill in chatty groups in the many lounges and catch up on your box sets.

The downstairs rooms are made cosy by squishy sofas, oak beams and log fires. A delightful snug and two large lounges provide the social spaces for relaxing, while a modern, well-equipped kitchen, breakfast room and formal dining room set the scene for memorable meal times. Enjoy a few games in the pool room, dance the night away in the bar,  break out the board games for some family fun or find a quiet corner in the snug and curl up with a book.

Outside, there is space for adventures in the woods, for soaking up the sun on the south facing lawns, and for romantic walks in the rose garden. There’s also a wonderful walled kitchen garden and an orchard to explore. If you are planning a party or event, it can take place in any number of outdoor spaces, including the fold yard, the lawns or the woodlands. There are beautiful indoor options too, for your celebrations, including the low-beamed barn, which can be bedecked with fairy lights for a magical atmosphere.

- Check in Monday or Friday, in by 4pm out by 10am unless checking out Sunday in which case it’s up to 1pm.
- 
- 25% deposit on booking plus £55 Admin fee. Balance and £750 refundable security bond payable 8 weeks before arrival, refunded 10 days after departure or sooner.
