The Brighton Pavilion Gatehouse welcomes all large groups looking for a central, comfortable stay in our beautiful city. 

Our townhouse boasts arguably the location in the city directly opposite the Royal Pavilion, and minutes away from Brighton's best attractions including the Palace Pier, beach, Laines, Kemptown and quirky North Laine, and plenty of restaurants, pubs, bars and shops. You couldn't be in a better spot to experience everything Brighton has to offer.

The house is ideal for particularly large groups and can sleep up to 32 guests all in single beds. It's the perfect choice for large family gatherings, beach getaways with all of your friends, a comfortable base for your corporate retreat, and ideal for larger hen and stag groups.

If you have a smaller group - no problem. We are happy to accommodate and allocate bedrooms based on the number of bedrooms you have. We can also offer discounts to smaller groups that are booking an available weekend within a couple of months.

With 32 beds spread across 11 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, the Pavilion Gatehouse has plenty of space to accommodate your guests. There's also an enormous dining table on the ground floor to seat all your guests. To enhance your stay even further, welcome platters and a private chef can be arranged during your stay, just ask for more details.

On the ground floor there is also a large split-level living room space perfect for socialising and unwinding after a busy day.

Please note our property is a townhouse and is split over 6 floors therefore accessibility is limited, but please speak to us with any questions or requirements you have.

The Brighton Pavilion Gatehouse has been refreshed in 2025 with lovely colours to offer a homely and vibrant vibe. Contemporary in design, and with modern facilities, it is the perfect choice for your stay in Brighton. We hope to welcome you very soon!

- **Kitchen:** The kitchen has all you would expect from a modern house: 3 fridges, a huge Range cooker, dishwasher, washer dryer, cutlery, glasses and utilities.
- **Dining Room:** The dining room is a key feature of the house with enough seating for all guests. For 32 guests we can add a table extension to seat everyone.
- **Sitting Room:** The breakfast room is light and airy and the perfect breakout space for a coffee. It also features a dartboard.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** TV located in the lounge area.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** The house has central heating.
- **Bedrooms:** Enjoy a choice of 11 bedrooms over 4 floors with a mix of single, double, family and bunk beds for up to 32 guests. Some are en suite.
- **Linen:** All linen and towels provided for your stay.
- **Bathrooms:** The house has 8 bathrooms, some showers, others with bath. With some en suite.
- **Outdoor:** The back terrace can be enjoyed during the day but due to council enforcement cannot be used after 7.00pm at night.
- **Parking:** The property does not have parking or on street parking available, but there are nearby carparks that you can book in advance.
- **Smoking:** We do not allow smoking in the property.
