Brinsop is a wonderful place to stay, to host special celebrations and events, and to spend unforgettable moments amongst the flora and fauna of England. With views over the moat, gardens and winding drive, each room has its own story to tell! Located on the first floor, our Bailey wing contains four bedrooms featuring marble fireplaces and high ceilings, punctuated by thick wooden beams. Tirrells wing is split over the ground and first floor, containing four bedrooms and a large farmhouse kitchen with utility room and Aga. The Gothic Suite, thought to be the original chapel, is especially exquisite with its exposed stone walls, leaded windows and architectural features. Our Dansey wing is a true home from home, featuring its own front door, large kitchen with utility room, bubbling hot tub and split-level living. Astley wing is the most recently built and was only completed at the beginning of the 20th century. It offers an impressive collection of bedrooms and function rooms highlighting the original features of the building. You also benefit from use of the 800 acre estate with plenty of opportunities to explore the local walks or immediate grounds which include a private tennis court, hot tub, cricket pitch and your very own moat to fish in! We also have fabulous in house caterers who can put together a fantastic feasting experience for you! Whether you want to throw that extra special celebratory dinner or spoil your guests with sweet treats throughout their stay - the afternoon tea is Amazing - our chefs can create the perfect menus for you!  ## Facilities - **WiFi:** WiFi is available throughout, as are telephone landlines and boosted signal boxes for mobile phone use. - **Accessibility:** Ground floor disabled access toilet, and 2 bedrooms suitable for those with difficulty getting upstairs. NB: Banqueting Hall/Library are on 1st floor. - **Dog Friendly:** Dogs are welcome although we ask that they are kept downstairs and not on furniture. - **Kitchen:** 3 large family country kitchens, each with AGA, electric hob, oven, dishwasher, microwaves and washing machines. - **Dining Room:** Queen Anne Dining Room for up to 24, Banqueting Hall for up to 70 and The Knot Barn is available (hire charge applies) for up to 180. - **Sitting Room:** Very comfortable sitting rooms with open fires or wood burning stoves, as well as a large games room and lots of quiet areas for reading or snoozing. - **TV and Music Facilities:** Flat screen wall mounted TVs in all bedrooms, TV/DVD players in all sitting rooms. Games room has large TV/DVD; iPod docks and WiFi throughout. - **Games Room:** Underfloor heating, giant screen TV, snooker table, table tennis table, dart board and board games and jigsaws. Lots of books everywhere too. - **Heating and Open Fires:** Wood burners in selected rooms and central heating throughout. Firepits outside. Logs and kindling provided. - **Bedrooms:** 15 large double rooms with super-king size beds which can be divided into singles. 3 single rooms. (Also sofa beds for further guests if required). - **Linen:** 800 thread count Egyptian cotton linen on all beds, along with plentiful luxury towels and robes in all rooms. - **Bathrooms:** 10 bath/shower rooms with bath and/or a shower and underfloor heating and heated towel rails. - **Children's Facilities:** Children actively encouraged to seek outdoor fun. Den making, fishing in moat, bicycle riding, treasure trails, tennis court, croquet lawn, woodlands. - **Outdoor:** A tranquil inner courtyard, on site tennis court, bicycles ready to use. Fishing is permitted in the moat and 800 acres to wander at will. - **Swimming Pool:** Our lake, Harlands Pool, will accommodate wild swimmers, and our 6 person hot tub is very popular. - **Parking:** We have unlimited parking. - **Smoking:** There is no smoking anywhere indoors.
