## About The Property

Recently completely renovated, Broad Street House is spread over two floors, with an open plan living and dining space which works well for celebration groups of hens or just a weekend shopping party. The house enjoys a fantastic location in Bath, being set in the middle of the city centre shops, bars and restaurants.

Each of the four spacious bedrooms sleeps three people and there are two shower rooms. Linen and towels are provided along with everything you will need in the kitchen for your stay. There is a large Waitrose less than 100 yards away for just about everything else.

There is a free parking permit provided with your booking which will be available when you arrive. This allows you to park one car free in the central parking zone of the city all weekend.

Broad Street is actually one of the narrowest streets in the city of Bath, named after the broad weaving looms from Bath’s textile industry. These days the area is home to numerous independent shops and restaurants and Bath’s oldest pub (The Saracens Head). A great base for a city break with friends.

## Facilities

- **WiFi:** There is a keypad door entry telecom system. Mobile reception is good in Bath city centre. There is no WiFi at the house.
- **Dog Friendly:** No pets - sorry.
- **Kitchen:** A great social space that is part of the open plan living /dining area equipped for 12 guests.
- **Dining Room:** Relax around the large dining table overlooking the busy city streets below.
- **Sitting Room:** A comfortable space that flows through into the kitchen dining area adjacent.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** There is a flat screen TV, DVD and iPod dock in the sitting room.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** There is a modern electric heating throughout.
- **Bedrooms:** There are four bedrooms, each sleeping 3 guests.
- **Linen:** Linen and towels are provided for all guests.
- **Bathrooms:** There are two shower rooms.
- **Outdoor:** There are no outdoor facilities.
- **Swimming Pool:** There is no swimming pool. The roof top pool of the Bath Spa is only a short walk away.
- **Parking:** The parking permit included allows you to park one car free in the city centre all weekend.
- **Smoking:** No smoking please.

- If you would like to confirm a booking, all we need is a deposit of £300 which you can pay by card over the phone or via our website and we can then send you a written confirmation and arrange a convenient date for payment of the balance (usually around 60 days in advance).
