This stunning Lincolnshire holiday house near Louth is a real find for multi generation families and friends gathering for a holiday or to celebrate a big birthday or other special occasion.

Brockdale Barn is a lovely converted barn with great luxury living and lots of facilities to keep a mixed group happy. The delightful open plan living design has created a truly sociable ground floor space with a fully equipped kitchen, utility room, inside dining for 14 and a comfy lounge with bi-fold doors to the courtyard. The jam-packed games room will be popular with the youngsters, a den where they can gather and engage in some friendly competition or keep up to date with streaming favourite programmes.

Outside the family friendly theme continues with a central courtyard on 2 levels. An outdoor kitchen and seating area is the perfect spot for barbecues or treats cooked up in the gas pizza oven. The swim spa is a brilliant extra with enough space for 10 guests to soak in the warming hot tub bubbles. A large grassed area is absolutely perfect for family games and entertainment, a game of rounders or kickabout.

The 6 bedrooms are stylishly decorated, inviting sanctuaries with plenty of space and lovely soft furnishings. All enjoy the added bonus of a Smart TV as well as en suite facilities. They are configured as 4 kings although there are also 2 triples, 1 with 3 singles for the children and 1 with a king and single. 2 of the en suites have contemporary baths and showers and 1 bathroom is accessible.

Louth and Horncastle are within easy reach of Brockdale Barn, both having a good cafe scene. Louth has a market 3 times a week and Horncastle has plenty of opportunities to explore antiques emporiums and hunt for collectables. Lincoln is a fabulous city with an impressive cathedral and the Magna Carta Visitor Centre. The Lincolnshire coast and coastal path is around 30 minutes away for good walking and seaside destinations including Skegness and Mablethorpe. The ‘Just Jane’ Lancaster Bomber aviation experience at East Kirkby could also find its way onto the agenda.

## Booking Information

- Sorry no hens, stags or party groups. No smoking and sorry no pets.  Minimum stay 2 nights, but late checkout on Sundays. Weekends, mid weeks or full week breaks available.  Deposit is £500 to secure the booking with the remaining balance to be paid 2 months prior to arrival. A refundable security deposit of £500 is required 7 days before arrival. Please note there is an unfenced lake 270 yards away outside of the grounds.
