Well suited to accommodating large family groups of all ages, a holiday at Brummell Barn offers private use of the indoor heated pool adjoining the barn and many other facilities. These include a games room with table tennis and air hockey, a snooker room, children's playground, farm animals and an enclosed back yard with ride on tractors, outdoor seating and a brick BBQ.

We welcome young children including babies, with many useful facilities in the cottage such as fitted stair gates, travel cots, high chairs, toys and books.
There is plenty of off-road parking at the farm outside the barn and we are installing a EV charger very soon.
We allow two well behaved dogs for a small charge, with many fantastic walks from the farm to explore. The cottage also has an enclosed courtyard which is safe for dogs.
The mixed 730 acre farm is also home to the Isle of Wight Mountainbike Centre with many kilometres of exciting downhill trails and hire bikes available. Also situated on site is the Isle of Wight Meat Co. butchery where you can buy meat such as lamb, pork and beef produced on our own busy working farm.
Brummell Barn is situated just south of the central market town of Newport, which is 10 minutes away, and a similar distance to the beautiful sandy south coast beaches. Nowhere on the island is more than a 30 minute drive so it's easy access to all the many attractions and eateries on the island.
The farm is situated in an AONB with rolling downland, abundant wildlife including sightings of the rare white-tailed sea eagle and spectacular views of the south coast of the island from our top fields. It is a popular walking and cycling holiday destination and well suited to any outdoor activity enthusiast with paragliding, surfing and golf facilities available nearby.
