The Bryn at Capel sleeps 10 to 24 guests and is situated in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park. The house is located in the village of Capel Curig, near Betws-y-Coed, with stunning views of Mount Snowdon and Mount Siabod and within easy reach of the many mountain ranges, bike trails and activities including Zip World (Penrhyn Quarry Velocity 2, Slate Caverns and Fforest), Surf Snowdonia, Marlin Trail and Plas Y Brenin Mountain Centre.
The Bryn has been refurbished to a high standard, preserving many original features. Offering exclusive use for self catering groups, The Bryn is a comfortable place to come and relax with family and friends, to celebrate and enjoy your special occasion. The Bryn is licensed for civil ceremonies and weddings, and also lends itself well to corporate groups.
On the first floor, there are 12 stylish en suite bedrooms with double and twin bedded combinations, including a luxury suite with its own lounge area. A few bedrooms have original granite and slate stone features and some bedrooms can accommodate extra beds.
As 3 houses combined into 1, the spacious ground floor provides flexible options to suit various requirements.
Our Snowdon Room, with its own outside terrace, is suitable for weddings, civil ceremonies, meetings, presentations, or provides an ideal movie room with both a large TV and a projector and screen. It can also be a great space for a posh sit-down dinner for up to 40 guests.
The Bryn also benefits from a fully functioning bar and relaxing lounge bar area with a real open fire, comfy sofas and great mountain views. There is also a designated brunch/breakfast area. There are additional lounge areas to relax, enjoy the views, and play games. WiFi is available throughout the Bryn free of charge.
Our fully professional kitchen is designed to provide food for up to 40 people in one sitting, and with buffet options and utilising the ground floor space, it is possible to cater for many more.
There are gardens to the side of the house and a riverside garden opposite.
