Please note there is an additional rate for booking Hafan cottage and  groups of over 14 people will require both properties as the maximum occupancy of Bryn Llys is 14.

Bryn Llys is a modern conversion giving luxury self-catering accommodation for up to 14 in a traditional building dating back to 1830 and situated in 10 acres of beautiful private gardens, woodland, lake and open wild flower meadow.

Ground floor kitchen, dining room, first floor lounge and games room/small lecture room serve the ground floor en suite bedrooms. There are three twin and two family bedrooms. The latter have a double bed on the ground floor as well as twin beds on a gallery.

Bryn Llys is a non-smoking property.

Hafan, an adjacent cottage, sleeps 4.

Bryn Llys is located in the scenic hamlet of Coed y Parc on the outskirts of the quarry town of Bethesda. Lying at the mouth of the Nant Francon Valley on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park it is easily accessed via the main A5 and A55 trunk roads. The location is an ideal base to access the mountains and valleys of Snowdonia and we are within a short drive of the stunning beaches of Anglesey and the North Wales peninsula. The Lon Las Ogwen cycle route is within a few hundred yards and the world famous Zip World is on our doorstep!

On your return from exploring the region you will be able to kick back and relax in the grounds, take in the mountain views and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. We have a diverse range of habitats on our 10 acre site. The mixture of formal gardens, young and old woodland, ponds, streams, a lake and a meadow provide a provide a home for birds, animals and plants of all sorts. There is always something to see regardless of the time of year. Combined with the surrounding area of hills, mountains, rivers and coast it makes an ideal location for nature enthusiasts and anyone who loves being outside and close to nature.

- **Dog Friendly:** We do accept well behaved pets and there is a £20 charge per stay payable on arrival.
- **Accessibility:** Ramp access, wide doors and level access to all ground floor bedrooms and dining room.
- **WiFi:** WiFi broadband facilities throughout the cottage plus good 4G coverage.
- **Kitchen:** Range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, fully equipped.
- **Dining Room:** Seats 14 comfortably.
- **Sitting Room:** Lovely exposed beams, comfortable leather suits and large 50'' Smart TV.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** 50 inch Smart TV with smaller Freeview sets in all bedrooms.
- **Games Room:** Table-tennis and wide selection of board games is always available for guests
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Central heating throughout.
- **Bedrooms:** Bryn Llys: 3 twin and 2 family rooms - all en-suite.
Hafan: Ground floor double, twin.
- **Linen:** All bed linen and towels are provided.
- **Bathrooms:** All bedrooms have en-suite facilities.
- **Children's Facilities:** An on-site ride-on garden railway runs on occasions.
- **Outdoor:** 10 acres of gardens, woodland, lake, meadow and our beautiful Dutch Barn. There are loads of great spots to sit and take in the views around our site.

- Group sizes exceeding 14 will need to book both Bryn Llys and Hafan Cottage please enquire for a quote. Min stay for Christmas and New Year is 3 nights. 10% deposit is requested at time of booking to secure reservation. We offer flexible terms and conditions for ease of booking and reassurance.
