Bryn Tanat Hall is the perfect country house venue for micro weddings of up to 40 guests, conveniently located on the Wales-Shropshire border.

Specialising in intimate or ‘micro’ weddings, we offer enchanting settings for ceremonies and receptions: Choose from the Garden Room with its stunning garden views and floor-to-ceiling windows or enjoy the beautiful setting of the Garden Thatch, overlooking the River Tanat. Ideal for summer ceremonies.

We do not allow dogs or pets at Bryn Tanat Hall.

The ground floor is wheelchair friendly with two bedrooms and a wet room. Ramp for front door and lower lounge available.

Complimentary wireless broadband throughout the Hall. Most mobile networks available on site with excellent service for EE and T Mobile.

Large and high tech, 3 ovens, 3 induction hobs, double fridge, freezer, heated cabinet, 2 dishwashers, small appliances, 2 sets china, glass, cutlery.

Dining Room

An intimate timber framed room dining 14. Terrace room dining 28 in style with room for dancing can also accommodate dining parties up to 60.

Sitting Room

Elegant lounges, one with four comfortable leather sofas, open fire and 50" TV the other furnished with antiques has 3 large sofas TV and log burner.

TV and Music Facilities

Lounges; 50" flat screen satellite TV with movies and sport. iPod, CD, digital radio. Second TV with freeview and DVD.

Games Room

Snooker room with Beckstein baby grand piano and library. Children must be supervised. Games room with table tennis, air hockey and pool table.

Heating and Open Fires

Wood pellet biomass boiler provides sustainable constant heating and hot water. One log burner, one open fire, both wood burning. Logs included.

Bedrooms

14, bespoke with antique beds, lavish fabrics, beautiful wallpapers and stylish lighting. Each guest is provided with one of our luxury bathrobes.

Linen

Luxurious beds with pocket sprung mattresses, 400 count Egyptian cotton bedding, microfibre down feel duvets, clusterfibre or feather pillows.

Bathrooms

5 en suite, 3 bathrooms, 2 wet rooms, 3 cloakrooms. Bathrooms have free-standing tubs. Complementary luxurious Aromatherapy Associates toiletries.

Children's Facilities

2 high chairs, 2 travel cots,1 baby monitor and 3 stair gates available on request.

Outdoor

14 acres of woodland and gardens with fishing, tennis court, 5-a-side football, croquet, boules and enough space to pitch a golf ball.

Swimming Pool

We do not have a swimming pool; however we do have a 10 person indoor hydrotherapy tub located in our spa.

Parking

There is ample parking.

Smoking

No smoking (including E-cigarettes) in the Hall or doorways. Designated smoking area under cover.

Booking Information

Booking Deposit: To secure a reservation a deposit of 20% of the total booking amount is required with the final balance due 12 weeks before the holiday is due to start.

Refundable Security Deposit: We request a refundable security deposit, the sum of £250.00 seven days ahead of stay. The deposit will be refunded 48 hours following your stay to the card from which the payment is made subject to the Hall being left in good order.

For 3, 4 and 7 nights bookings check-in shall be from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and check out at 10.00 am on the day of departure.

Llansantffraid has 4 shops; Spar, Morrisons mini superkmaret with fuel station. Farm shop at Llynclys.
The village of Llansantffraid has a chip shop, dine or or take away indian. Reccommended pubs are The Green inn, Llangedwyn or The Plas Yn Dinas in Llanfechain - both less than a 10 minute drive
Welshpool Mid Wales Airport 12 miles. Liverpool John Lennon 60 minutes. Manchester 85 minutes.
Shrewsbury 30 mins, Gobowen 20 mins, Chester mainline from Crewe 40 mins, Wolverhampton 60 mins. Welshpool 20 mins with 1 change for London Euston
