Bryncarnedd Cottages, Aberystwyth, Ceredigion, sleeps 2-40 in 20 bedrooms.

With a variety of properties of all shapes and sizes, Bryncarnedd has something for everyone.

We have 14 cottages, a Farmhouse, several lodges, 2 pods and Bus!
Our Farmhouse sleeps up to 20, while our pods are ideal for a couple and we have plenty in between, including 3 properties sleeping 11, 3 sleeping up to 8 and four lodges sleeping 6 people each.

All of our properties are pet friendly and we have some wonderful local walks for the four legged friends to enjoy.

A number of of properties have private hot tubs, and all have access to our heated outdoor pool (open seasonally).
Most of our properties are fully or partially disabled friendly.

We welcome groups of any kind- families, friends, stag and hen parties, work groups etc.

Aberystwyth is a university town overlooking Cardigan Bay, with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. And there are loads of family attractions in the area to keep your group busy during your stay.

Dining area in each property for the number it sleeps. The farmhouse seats 20.
Comfy sitting areas with flatscreen TVs.

WiFi available in most properties.
There is no games room.
Central heating.
Mix of doubles and twins, triple and family rooms. Most en suite. Additional beds possible in some cottages.
Linen and towels provided.
Mix of baths, showers and wet rooms. Most are en suite.
Ground floor accessible bedroom and wet room in Brynhyfyrd with alarm cord.
Children welcome. Travel cot and high chair available.
Private lawned areas and patios to some properties. Lodges have decking to take in the views. BBQ area, large playing field, 2 playground areas.
Communal, outdoor heated pool - seasonal opening.
Plenty of parking on site.
All properties are strictly non smoking.
Pets accepted in all properties by arrangement.

Just a mile from the town of Aberystwyth, near the coast and Cardigan Bay in West Wales.

Cks, Waunfawr- 4min drive.
Aberystwyth town centre. Many takeaways deliver to site.

Check in from 3pm, check out by 10am.
Changeover days vary, various stay lengths available.
Damage deposit required for large parties.
