A secluded property situated in the tranquil and picturesque Cwm Pennant Valley, Brynkir Coach House offers spacious accommodation for large gatherings of up to 66 guests on an exclusive use basis. In a fantastic location for outdoor adventure weekends, the Coach House also welcomes groups of friends and families for holidays and short breaks.

The Coach House forms part of the old Brynkir Estate, lands once owned by the Welsh Princes, and is situated within Snowdonia National Park with good access to the Snowdon Mountain range, Llyn Peninsula and Anglesey. The area is ideal for hill walking, rock climbing, water sports and well positioned for cyclists being close to the Lon Las Cymru. Black Rock sands are a 15 minute drive and offer miles of sandy beach.

The main coach house property offers en suite family rooms upstairs (sleeping 15, 8, 3 and 3), and dormitory style rooms downstairs (sleeping 14, 9 and 8, some with triple bunks), with own allocated toilets and shower rooms. There's a boot room, drying room, secure bike storage and a maintenance area within the house, bike washing facilities, spacious sitting room with wood burning stove and a large kitchen and dining room. The games room has a multi games table and large wall mounted TV along with books and board games.

The separate self contained flat sleeps 6 in 2 single beds, a bunk bed and a double. It has its own kitchen, dining/sitting area with a wood burning stove. There's private parking available at the property, along with a large wooded garden area and fire pit. Brynkir Coach House is an ideal place for large group gatherings.

The bunkhouse is offered on a self catered basis, but as an alternative in house catering can be provided, a ready home-made meal service is offered and there is a local pub serving food within a 20 minute walk or a 7 minute drive. Tremadog is a 10 minute drive and has a convenience store, fish & chip shop, 3 pubs and a restaurant. Porthmadog is a 15 minute drive away and offers a wider range of amenities.

- **TV and Music Facilities:** A large TV is situated in the main sitting room and also one in the self contained flat.
- **Games Room:** The games room adjoins the sitting room and offers a multi-games table, board games, books and large wall mounted TV.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** There is a Clear View wood burning stove in the sitting room and one in the self contained flat. Gas central heating throughout.
- **Bedrooms:** En suite dorm for 15, en suite family rooms for 6/8, 2 x 2/3. Dorm rooms sleeping 14, 9 and 8 some in triple bunks. Self contained flat sleeping 6.
- **Linen:** Bed linen is provided but guests are asked to make and strip their own beds. Towels are not provided.
- **Bathrooms:** 4 en suites, private bathroom in flat, and downstairs a male and female shower room, both containing 5 showers. Family bathroom with large bath.
- **Children's Facilities:** High chairs available on request and travel cot.
- **Outdoor:** A wooded area surrounds the property and a large fire-pit is in the garden.
- **Parking:** Ample private parking.
- **Smoking:** Smoking is permitted outside of the property only.
