We have a civil wedding venue licence so couples can use Buckland House for their special day.
Buckland is a magnificent Georgian mansion, and combining this with the friendliness of a family home makes for the perfect venue for a wedding or party, tailored to your wishes. The church is right next to the house and welcomes couples for a blessing should they want this.
Buckland House can accommodate a maximum of 80 guests for a ceremony and celebration. Equipment and marquee hire are available and we can provide a list of caterers, florists, as well as local B&B’s to accommodate guests not staying with you at the house. We are happy to help with planning your special day to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
The emphasis at Buckland House is enabling you to choose everything for your wedding day – think of our house as your home while you are here.
