Harvest Keep and Hogs Corner have an interconnecting door making them together a great option for groups of 9.

Bucks Farm, holiday cottages near Halesworth, offers lots of options for guests to come together for those special party meals, as well as their own space to retire to at the end of the day - perfect for multi-generation groups, and dogs are welcome too!

Our large open-plan cottage Harvest Keep is the most popular base for the main catering events, where (with some furniture shuffling!) 24 can be seated at once - but other cottages lend themselves as venues too. Or you can make use of the abundant outside space.

On warmer days and evenings, move your entertaining and activities outside into the central courtyard or the large and open grassed area in front of the cottages and next to the swimming pool. One of our groups held their very own mini-Olympics on the green, complete with medal ceremony!

Why not make life easy and get someone else to do the cooking for you. A recommended local professional caterer can deliver pre-prepared food or cook in your cottage on the night and serve to table. Just ask for contact details if you'd like to hear more. Alternatively - there are local takeaways too.

There is lots to do at Bucks Farm - whether you're a group of friends, or a multi-generational celebration. Most popular is our fabulous heated indoor swimming pool (heated to 300C all year-round) and large fully-fitted gym. There is also a games room to suit all ages - with toys, games and books, also table tennis, mini pool and table football. We also have bikes to borrow, and there are fabulous fields to walk surrounding the farm, and footpaths to neighbouring villages.

Animal feeding time is another really popular event of the day. Join us to feed the chickens, goats, rabbits and guinea pigs, as well as our pet sheep and Shetland ponies. Depending on the time of year, we'll even try to find you some eggs for breakfast. Everyone is welcome to do as much or as little as they like.

Finally, if you do find time to venture out, the pretty Suffolk Heritage coast with seaside towns and beaches of Southwold, Dunwich and Aldeburgh are all just a short drive away. The local market town of Halesworth is also just 2 miles away, with lovely shops, delis, cafes, and large supermarket, as well as great pubs, restaurants and takeaways.

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement please. £25 per dog for short stay, £35 for a week long stay.
- **Hot Tub:** 2 cottages have a hot tub too.
- **WiFi:** Free Fibre Broadband WiFi is available throughout all the cottages.
- **Swimming Pool:** Heated all year round to a fabulous 30 degrees. We provide some inflatable toys but you can bring your own too. Infra red sauna too for over 18's.
- **Games Room:** Toys, games and books to suit smaller guests, and table tennis, mini pool and table football for the bigger kids. Fully fitted gym for over 18's.
- **Outdoor:** Lots of outside space for younger guests to run around. Courtyard for al fresco dining together.
- **Children's Facilities:** Lots of outside space with a trampoline, play frame, swings and slide, sit-on toys and roaming chickens. Bikes and crabbing kit to borrow.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** All cottages are centrally heated and have wood burners in the living rooms. Extra wood and kindling in the wood shed if needed - help yourselves.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** All cottages have Smart TVs and DAB/Bluetooth Radio speakers to create some party atmosphere in the evenings or for distracting the early risers.
- **Electric Vehicle Charging:** 2 EV Chargers in the car park that can be used at any time using the ‘Fuuse’ App which can be easily downloaded on arrival.

## Booking Information

- 25% deposit on booking, balance due 8 weeks prior to stay. Our changeover days are normally Fridays and Mondays, min stay 3 nights. Check in after 4pm, out by 10am. Groups may book all or some of the cottages, and well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.
