When all booked together under "Exclusively Burlton" guests benefit from exclusive use of the indoor pool, Spa facility, games room/function/yoga fitness studio - which can also be used for group dining, seating for 14 inside and outside - and playing field. There are no other users of the facilities during your stay.
The indoor pool is heated to 30 degrees, the tropically heated pool room allows for relaxation on the ergonomic loungers with the sauna, steam room and hot tub all in the poolside area. If you're feeling more energetic then the gym with life fitness equipment may be your thing or a game of football on the playing field. On site Beauty and Massage Therapist.
Up to 2 dogs are allowed in 3 properties, with an enclosed dog paddock and a doggy hamper to welcome them here. There's a dog friendly pub within walking distance and plenty of rural farm walks right from your cottage door.

Short stays and weekend breaks are catered for outside the school holidays. The owners Gerry and Rachel live on site so are there if needed, but keep their distance if not required.
