The Stable: Sleeps 2, ground floor, en suite bathroom, dog friendly
The Granary: Sleeps 2, dog free, en suite bathroom.
The Courtyard: Sleeps 4, ground floor, dog friendly
Barn Owl View: Sleeps 6, ground floor, dog friendly and accessibility friendly
All bedrooms can be either twin or superking

When all booked together under "Exclusively Burlton" guests benefit from exclusive use of the indoor pool, Spa facility, games room/function/yoga fitness studio - which can also be used for group dining, seating for 14 inside and outside - and playing field, outdoor undercover BBQ, Pizza Oven. There are no other users of the facilities during your stay.

The indoor pool is heated to 30 degrees, the tropically heated pool room allows for relaxation on the ergonomic loungers with the sauna, steam room and hot tub all in the poolside area. If you're feeling more energetic then the gym with life fitness equipment may be your thing or a game of football on the playing field.  On site Beauty and Massage Therapist.

Up to 2 dogs are allowed in 3 properties, with an enclosed dog paddock and a doggy hamper to welcome them here. There's a dog friendly pub within walking distance and plenty of rural farm walks right from your cottage door.

Superfast secure WiFi is available across the property. All lounge TVs are WiFi enabled.

Discover Shropshire, it really is a hidden gem. There are 10 National Trust properties within a 45 minute drive, the Shropshire Hills are truly stunning and Ironbridge is a great day out for all the family.

All guest information is provided in a Burlton Cottages Guest App sent to you once booked so you can start planning your Shropshire adventure from the comfort of your own home. Be it a private dining experience, a trip on a river boat or gin tasting in the studio one evening, planning is made easy with the App.

Short stays and weekend breaks are catered for outside the school holidays. The owners Gerry and Rachel live on site so are there if needed, but keep their distance if not required.

- **Hot Tub:** A stunning hot tub, next to the pool to enjoy your special moments in our tropically heated Spa room.
- **WiFi:** Superfast secure WiFi across the properties and Spa. Something we are proud of here in rural Shropshire!
- **Kitchen:** All kitchens have modern facilities including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, well stocked. Communal kitchen in the group dining room - Studio
- **Dining Room:** The Studio is arranged so the whole group can dine together, indoors and outdoors. Each property has a dining table and chairs.
- **Sitting Room:** All have open plan living rooms with comfy sofa seating. Smart TV, books and games available. The Studio has comfy seating too.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** Smart TVs in each property. Bluetooth speakers in each cottage.
- **Games Room:** The Studio has a table tennis table, table football and relaxing chairs. Also a kitchen with oven, dishwasher, crockery.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Underfloor heating in The Stable, The Granary and The Courtyard from our eco-friendly biomass boiler. Barn Owl View has central heating.
- **Bedrooms:** All rooms are superking apart from The Stable which is king sized. All bedrooms can be twin bedded rooms. All rooms are en suite apart from Courtyard.
- **Linen:** All bed linen, fluffy bath sheets, swimming pool towels, Spa robes and slippers are provided. Kitchen towel and tea towels are also provided.
- **Bathrooms:** There is a bath in each property. All bathrooms have a shower, sink and toilet. There is an accessibility friendly bathroom in Barn Owl View.
- **Children's Facilities:** High chairs, travel cots, potties, stair gates and baby toys can be provided upon request.
- **Outdoor:** Playing field with goal nets. 500 acres of farmland to explore. BBQ and pizza oven (summer months only). EV charging (additional cost).
- **Swimming Pool:** Indoor heated swimming pool heated to 30 degrees. Exclusive use when you book all four properties 8am-8pm (sleep 14). No other on-site users.
- **Parking:** Plenty of off road parking available on site.

- **Electric Vehicle Charging:** EV charger available (extra cost incurred for usage measured by meter).
