Ideal for a quirky hen celebration, a more unusual business break or a couples or friends celebration. There are 3 quirky and fun decorated bell tents set on wooden platforms, which help to keep your tent nice and warm. There is also your very own Furthest Away from the Sea Beach Hut! This is ideal for the bride and bridesmaid or the mums, offering a sturdier option for accommodation. If the weather is against you then the group can meet in the Pavilion. You can all get together in one room and ignore the rain! The Pavilion is also ideal for the activities to enhance your stay. For cooking you will find lots of options: a purpose built campfire with tripod and Dutch Oven - ideal for sitting around, chatting whilst smelling your food cook, and not forgetting toasting marshmallows. If you want to have a barbecue then you have the option of a real coal barbecue which can also be an oven. For cups of hot chocolate and tea there are 2 gas rings. After a full day of fun on your very own glampsite, you will retire to your Bell Tent. The beds are camping cots which are higher than most (like the ones you see on SAS Who Dares). You will be cosy with a double 13.5 tog quilt to sleep on and wrap around you, whilst resting your head on a feather pillow. Additional blankets are also available - just in case. For your comfort we provide two dry composting toilets. These are easy to use and very clean - no planks of wood with a hole in and balanced over a drop! Two gas powered showers just for your group to use. They are lovely and hot. No worries about filling a bucket of water with holes in it and hoisting it up the nearest tree! For fun there is an outdoor sink. The Burrow has a mowed area where you can take advantage of some outdoor games items provided. Other activities can be arranged to run on site. Additional fun activities within a 30 minute drive. Just talk through your ideas. All in all, The Burrow is an Exclusive Use Eco Off Grid Glampsite offering an excellent base for your gathering of any kind - just call us to talk through your specific requirements. ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** Sorry no pets allowed. - **Accessibility:** The Burrow glampsite is not suitable for wheelchair users. However, please talk to us about your specific requirements. - **WiFi:** The Burrow has mobile phone reception. There is an option of charging phones via Solar Battery but guests bring their own battery packs. - **Kitchen:** Cooking for your group will be fun - using the Firepit Tripod, the Barbecue Oven and the 2 ring gas cooker. All pots and pans provided. - **Dining Room:** The Pavilion has tables and chairs, plus all crockery and cookware sufficient for your group size. Ideal setting for a special meal. - **Sitting Room:** Your sitting room options are many! - around the campfire, in the Pavilion or on the decking outside your Bell Tent. - **TV and Music Facilities:** The Burrow is a glampsite which allows you to get away from technology. To enjoy your family and friends, chatting and laughing around the campfire. - **Games Room:** You have one huge games area - just for your group. To enhance your stay we provide a chest of outdoor games. - **Heating and Open Fires:** The Firepit and Barbecue are great to sit around - and ideal for a tasty snack and toasting marshmallows whilst chatting. - **Bedrooms:** Each Bell Tent can have up to 5 camp cots, each with a double duvet (13.5 tog) and feather pillow. The Beach Hut can sleep 3. - **Linen:** Your camp cots will have a double duvet cover and pillow case all included in the cost of the stay. - **Bathrooms:** The group doesn't share any facilities - your two gas powered showers are in their own wooden hut. Families are welcome. - **Outdoor:** The Burrow glampsite is a field which has areas suitable for various activities. Please ask before booking an activity provider. - **Swimming Pool:** The nearest swimming pool is at Uttoxeter. - **Parking:** Plenty of off street private car parking. The field gate can be closed when everyone has arrived. - **Smoking:** Absolutely no smoking inside any of the tents or facilities - Pavilion, toilets and showers.
