## About The Property

Bury Villa is a 7 bedroomed self catering holiday home located in Gosport, Hampshire able to sleep up to 18 guests.

The ground floor living accommodation offers a large living room with leather sofas and pouffes. The dining room is perfect for family meals, gatherings and special celebrations, with the table seating up to 18. The well-equipped  newly refurbished kitchen has an adjoining informal breakfast room seating 8.

The 7 bedrooms are flexible with a mix of double or single beds, with some sleeping 3 or 4 guests - ideal for families. Some also have room for travel cots. Hotel quality linens and towels are provided. There are 7 bathrooms, 6 of them en suite, all of them with fitted showers plus one of the en suites also offers a large ‘P’ shaped bath.

The basement has been converted into a super fun games room, with a pool table, a bar football table and TV - perfect for friendly competition and fun with the kids, young and old - everyone will be entertained for hours! The games room is a good distance away from living rooms and bedrooms so revellers won't disturb others in the group who are seeking a little peace and quiet.

The rear garden has a large lawn and decked area with garden furniture and a gas barbecue, great for al fresco dining and relaxing after a busy day out and about. A hot tub can be hired in on request (conditions and charges apply).

The front drive of Bury Villa has parking for up to 8 vehicles. This is shared with another of our properties The Coach House, a 4 bedroom detached holiday cottage sleeping up to 9 guests. Should your group be larger, both properties can be rented together (please check availability and enquire for rates) to accommodate up to 27 guests.

It's a 5 minute taxi ride to Gosport town centre with the usual shops and cafes plus the ferry to Portsmouth and Gunwharf Quays. Gunwharf Quays is home to the iconic Spinnaker Tower and this waterside complex has something for everyone, with over 90 designer outlets, 30 restaurants and bars, a casino, cinema, bowling alley, comedy club and nightlife. This is a great place to spend the day, or head here for a fun evening out.

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** Bury Villa is pet friendly and welcomes up to 3 well behaved 4 legged friends at a cost of £25 each per dog, per week/part week.
- **Accessibility:** Although not suitable for wheelchair access, the double bedroom + en-suite on the ground floor provides ease of access for those less mobile.
- **Hot Tub:** If desired you can hire in at an additional cost a hot tub from our hot tub suppliers, who are BISHTA registered and certified - please enquire.
- **WiFi:** WiFi is provided at no extra cost.
- **Kitchen:** Fully equipped for self-catering with large range style gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle. Utility room with washing machine.
- **Dining Room:** The dining room can accommodate up to 18 seated guests.
- **Sitting Room:** The lounge houses 3 large leather sofas with additional seating on pouffes centered around an original marble fireplace.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** There is a flat screen TV within the lounge and games room.
- **Games Room:** Includes a pool table, a bar football table plus a large TV to keep young and old ‘kids’ amused for hours.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Central heating throughout the property.
- **Bedrooms:** 7 bedrooms with superior quality double or single beds sleeping up to 18 guests in total.
- **Linen:** Superior quality crisp white cotton bed linen and fresh white towels for each guest provided plus a mid term cleaning service is available.
- **Bathrooms:** The 7 bathrooms all have quality fitted showers and one of the en suites is also fitted with a large ‘P’ shaped bath. All towels provided.
- **Children's Facilities:** Stair gates, travel cots and high chairs are available on request at no extra charge but guests are requested to bring their own bedding for cots.
- **Outdoor:** Large lawn and paved/wooden decked area with garden furniture and gas barbecue. A hot tub can be hired in if this is of interest (conditions apply).
- **Swimming Pool:** Unfortunately we do not have a pool, however there is the option to hire in a hot tub if that takes your fancy (conditions apply).
- **Parking:** Parking for up to 8 vehicles.
- **Smoking:** For the comfort of all guests the house is non smoking inside of the property but ashtrays are provided within the gardens.

## Booking Information

- Our prices are for up to 18 people, plus we can accommodate an additional guest or two within the bedrooms on futon style bed cubes, if required.  Additional guests over 18 are charged at a rate of £50 per week/part week, per head, or we charge £25 per set of extra linen requested.  Prices vary throughout the year so please feel free to contact us with your requested dates so we can provide you with an accurate cost. Our recognised check in days are Mondays and Fridays.
