Bury Villa is a 7 bedroomed self catering holiday home located in Gosport, Hampshire able to sleep up to 18 guests.
The ground floor living accommodation offers a large living room with leather sofas and pouffes. The dining room is perfect for family meals, gatherings and special celebrations, with the table seating up to 18. The well-equipped newly refurbished kitchen has an adjoining informal breakfast room seating 8.
The 7 bedrooms are flexible with a mix of double or single beds, with some sleeping 3 or 4 guests - ideal for families. Some also have room for travel cots. Hotel quality linens and towels are provided. There are 7 bathrooms, 6 of them en suite, all of them with fitted showers plus one of the en suites also offers a large ‘P’ shaped bath.
The basement has been converted into a super fun games room, with a pool table, a bar football table and TV - perfect for friendly competition and fun with the kids, young and old - everyone will be entertained for hours! The games room is a good distance away from living rooms and bedrooms so revellers won't disturb others in the group who are seeking a little peace and quiet.
The rear garden has a large lawn and decked area with garden furniture and a gas barbecue, great for al fresco dining and relaxing after a busy day out and about. A hot tub can be hired in on request (conditions and charges apply).
The front drive of Bury Villa has parking for up to 8 vehicles. This is shared with another of our properties The Coach House, a 4 bedroom detached holiday cottage sleeping up to 9 guests. Should your group be larger, both properties can be rented together (please check availability and enquire for rates) to accommodate up to 27 guests.
It's a 5 minute taxi ride to Gosport town centre with the usual shops and cafes plus the ferry to Portsmouth and Gunwharf Quays. Gunwharf Quays is home to the iconic Spinnaker Tower and this waterside complex has something for everyone, with over 90 designer outlets, 30 restaurants and bars, a casino, cinema, bowling alley, comedy club and nightlife. This is a great place to spend the day, or head here for a fun evening out.
