Caer Beris Manor is an impressive holiday house near Builth Wells sleeping up to 40 guests in 20 bedrooms. Surrounded by 18 acres of parkland, with a river running through the land at the end of the drive, this is a peaceful rural sanctuary, yet only a 10 minute walk from all the amenities that the local town of Builth Wells has to offer. Within easy access, too, of the Brecon Beacons National Park, this is a fabulous place to gather together friends and family for a special occasion weekend, reunion, activity break or just a relaxed holiday. Please note - no parties or events are allowed at Caer Beris Manor.
Inside, the house has plenty of space to accommodate a large group, with two drawing rooms, a large dining room with space for the whole group to dine together, and a well equipped self catering kitchen.
Explore the grounds at your leisure. There's outside dining space, large lawns for family games and the river Irfon flows through the garden. The Wye Valley Walk can be joined at the bottom of the garden, meaning the car can stay parked while you take to two wheels or head off on foot. Perfect for bird watching, too, and there's fishing available on the river.
Further afield, head to the Brecon Beacons for walking and cycling as well as a host of other outdoor adventures, visit Brecon for galleries, independent shops and the canal, the Elan Valley for Victorian dams and reservoirs, with plenty of Welsh castles to explore too.
