Caley Cruisers, Inverness, Highland Scotland

Sleeps 2 - 30 15 Bedrooms 8 Dining

Delightful cabin cruisers for holidays on the water from Inverness, perfect for adventures with family and friends

Holiday Rental for Groups of Families and Friends. Caley Cruisers, Inverness, Highland Scotland, sleeps 2 - 30 in 15 bedrooms.

This wonderful collection of cruisers is a fabulous way of exploring the iconic Caledonian Canal and its surrounding landscape. Set off from the boatyard in Inverness before venturing into the natural waters of Loch Ness, Loch Oich and Loch Lochy to complete the 60 miles trip. Take on the challenge of 12 locks and 6 bridges along the cruising route, all of which are manned by bridge and lock keepers. There's nothing better than sitting on the top deck enjoying the spectacular views and a slower pace of life.

With a total of 26 boats in 9 different styles to choose from, there's something to suit everyone, with boats sleeping between 2 and 8 guests each (some including the option to convert table/settee into a berth for an extra 2 guests).

We require a minimum of 2 reasonably fit and able, adult (must be 21 or over) crew members on board each boat at all times whilst cruising. This is an activity holiday and both members of the crew will be required to participate during locking and berthing procedures.

All boats have compact but well equipped kitchens and dining areas for the number of guests, doubling up as lounge seating. On deck there are seating areas, some with a sprayhood and canopy fitted to protect against the elements. Centrally heated, the cruisers are comfortable for a holiday with a difference. Some of the boats have the luxury of 2 flat screened televisions and some are dog friendly. Interiors have been thoughtfully designed to maximise space.

Cabins are configured as doubles, twins or bunks, using the space efficiently for a group. The larger vessels have 2 WCs and 2 showers while the smaller boats have one of each.

Our Navigation Map and boating guide has recommendations for services and places to eat along the way and pick up supplies.
