We are proud to be able to offer modern eco-friendly facilities with a newly completed light and spacious large event space seating up to 100 people. We also have a friendly and versatile function room with a catering kitchen, which can be used for parties, sit-down meals or buffets and also makes an excellent meeting room for up to 50 people. Catering is available to meet your specific requirements. Our six delightful stone holiday cottages have offer spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to 36 people. The Long House, a traditional Welsh Long House with oak beams and an inglenook fireplace is especially popular and sleeps 10 people with lots of space. Each cottage is individual and unique and is surrounded by a garden or courtyard area with picnic tables and barbecues in the summer. Most cottages have open fires or wood-burners and the price includes linen, electricity and a basket of logs. A laundry with coin operated washing machine and dryer is available on site. Children can enjoy playing safely away from traffic and spend many happy hours playing on the swings, making dens or exploring the grounds. Well-behaved pets are welcome. Waunifor is set in 3 acres of stunning gardens, courtyards and grounds with a small woodland, duck pond and stream. There are lots of oak benches and picnic tables throughout the site to sit and enjoy the tranquillity and we are located along a quiet country lane which is close to the Teifi river which is in easy reach for a pleasant walk. The beautiful unspoilt beaches of Cardigan Bay are 30-40 mins drive away including New Quay, Llangrannog, Penbryn, Tresiath, Aberporth, Mwnt and Poppit Sands along with the Ceredigion Coastal path and there are many family attractions within easy reach providing something for everyone. ## Facilities - **WiFi:** Good mobile reception on some networks.
