There are three new fitted shower/bathrooms on first floor and two on the second. The house has a beautiful spacious lounge which looks out on the garden area with patio door access to the back patio/gardens. There are dining facilities for up to 36 in our main dining room and additional seating can be added to the self catering area. Cardfields has various outbuildings, some of which are designed for private hire (with costs attached). The on-site conference centre can hold up to 50 seated with additional toilets and kitchen facilities. There is an outdoor laboratory classroom which is used for creative arts and science investigations. We have interactive white boards in both the conference room and laboratory. Schools and visitors can make use of these facilities following their own programme. There’s plenty of space, with five acres of grounds including a fire pit area and outdoor brick built barbecue area. We can offer options for fully/part catered with our excellent chefs and also offer self catering. Cardfields also has a broad range of sport equipment available for activities including tug of war, team challenges, basketball, football, tennis, rounders, cricket, as well as BMX hire and use of a track. We have a fully equipped games rooms and flood lit multi games court. Cardfields can also offer a broad range of off-site activities. We work closely with specialist organisations to provide safe, qualified instructors offering instruction in archery, trebuchet, canoeing, bush craft, horse riding and high ropes. All Cardfields staff and organisations we work closely with hold the current Disclosure Barring Service certificate (DBS). Or you can opt for full board and have all food prepared - **Dining Room:** The light, airy dining room is the perfect place to enjoy your meals, with seating for 36 people. Extra seating can be made available if needed. - **Sitting Room:** We have a large lounge where you can chill out on the comfy sofas, watch TV or a film, play games or read. You can even borrow a karaoke machine! - **TV and Music Facilities:** There is a large-screen wall-mounted TV with a DVD player. - **Games Room:** There is a large games room with a pool table, table tennis and an area for arts and crafts. - **Heating and Open Fires:** The premises has full central heating, and it's warm and cosy even in the winter time. - **Bedrooms:** There are 11 bedrooms sleeping up to 56. Beds are clean and comfortable, so everyone gets a great sleep. Mostly bunks, and twin rooms with single beds - **Linen:** Clean linen and extra blankets are provided. - **Bathrooms:** Shower blocks are fitted with brand new showers, and there is also a bath with shower. Bedrooms are fitted with basins and there are plenty of toilets - **Children's Facilities:** Cardfields is ideal for children, with fully equipped classrooms and a range of board games in the lounge.
