Carlton House is a large house sleeping 16 which provides a great space for families and large groups of friends. The house is well appointed and within a few steps of the harbourside pubs, restaurants, shops and local activities.

Carlton House offers plenty of space for large groups. There are 8 bedrooms, 7 with en suite facilities, a family bathroom and 2 additional w/cs. The kitchen/dining room can seat 16 together. A cinema room with 82 inch TV provides entertainment for young and old. The house has a large living room with fantastic views over the harbour and Irish Sea. To the rear is a private enclosed garden with outdoor dining and seating for 16 and a table tennis table.

Carlton House enjoys a lovely coastal position. Portpatrick is described as the jewel in the crown of Dumfries and Galloway. A bustling yacht and fishing conservation village, Portpatrick has long been a popular holiday destination retaining its unique character and atmosphere. The village has numerous tourist and grocery shops, and delicious food is served in friendly harbourside pubs and restaurants. To keep all ages occupied there is a cliff top golf course, large putting green, bowling, tennis courts and sea fishing available. Portpatrick is also the start of the southern upland way and has many stunning walks to enjoy. Once you arrive you won't want to leave.
