## About The Property

This lovely Spanish holiday villa near Malaga in Andalucia is a wonderful place to bring together family and friends for a holiday. It's sunny for most of the year; you can swim from April until the end of October, and you can ski after Christmas.

Casa Antonio Villa is a beautifully spacious house with a tropical garden and an outdoor solar powered swimming pool. Inside there's dining space for 12, and a cosy sitting room with sofas and a wood burner for a cooler evening. With stunning gardens and outside space, along with a barbecue and al fresco dining area, and the gated pool, sunny days can drift into relaxed evenings outside, making the most of the fabulous climate and spectacular views.

The 5 bedrooms sleeping 10 are doubles or twin rooms, 4 with en suite bath or shower rooms with typical characterful tiling, and some have a balcony or access to a terrace, with views over the garden, pool and hills beyond.

From Casa Antonio Villa, which sits on the edge of a village,  it's just a 10 minute walk to the lively Andalucian pueblo of Talara, which offers busy bars serving drinks and free tapas, and shops selling local produce. Granada and the unmissable Alhambra Palace are 25 minutes away  for an unforgettable day trip, and the coast is also within easy reach for sandy beaches, at 35 minutes drive. Plus there are plenty of stunning hill villages to explore, and Malaga, a fascinating and vibrant city, is just an hour away.
