## About The Property

Casa Fajara is a beautiful rustic boutique hotel which can sleep up to 30 and is also available as a self catering villa. Situated in the Costa Vincentina Natural Park, western Algarve, Portugal. Although hidden in a valley, it's only 750 meters from the village of Carrapateira with it's restaurants and walking distance to the incredible beach of Bordeira with sand dunes and a lagoon and close to the surfing beach of Amado with beach bars and surf schools. This beautiful villa is also on world-renowned walking trails.

The hotel has 12 ensuite individual rooms, all with unspoilt views from their private terraces. Available for whole-hotel rental or as individual rooms, providing the perfect group-escape or large family holiday with log fires and underfloor heating for summer or winter holidays. Private facilities include swimming pool, plunge pool, sauna, tennis court, yoga room, table tennis and table football. A spa or biking holiday is a wonderful option for groups with treatment rooms available for relaxing massages. Quiet time in the library or a darts competition, there are options for everyone.

Our in-house chefs provide a wonderful breakfast and can cater for every need. From barbecues to homely meals to juice detoxes, we can arrange pre-prepared menus to ensure we meet your exact requirements. Please get in touch to discuss.

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** Unfortunately pets are not permitted.
- **Accessibility:** Steps are all over the hotel, unfortunately this is not something we can avoid. Disabled accommodation was denied by planning authorities.
- **WiFi:** Free fibre WiFi is available throughout the hotel
- **Kitchen:** Some rooms have mini kitchens. Wonderful breakfasts provided. Pre-booked lunches, dinners and BBQs. Catering for all requirements.
- **Dining Room:** Flexible seating for up to 32. Cozy log fire. French doors opening onto a large outdoor terrace. High chairs available for children.
- **Sitting Room:** Bright large cozy area with comfy sofas, underfloor heating and a log fire which is lit during colder months. WiFi available.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** All rooms have a TV and the library has a large TV with a selection of videos and DVDs.
- **Games Room:** Astro tennis court outside, table tennis and football table. Family board games, cards, puzzles and toys for children are available in Library.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** 3 large wood burners downstairs, underfloor heating in most rooms. Radiators and towel rails in all rooms. Extra blankets always available.
- **Bedrooms:** No two rooms are the same - they have all been decorated individually with fantastic taste. All have private terraces. Sleeping from 2 to 4 people.
- **Linen:** Linen is provided.
- **Bathrooms:** All rooms have their own private en-suite bathroom.
- **Children's Facilities:** Suitable for children of all ages - high chairs, toys are available. Travel cots available upon request. Guests are responsible for their children.
- **Outdoor:** Large beautifully landscaped gardens. Tennis court, yoga room, pool, sauna, table tennis, sitting areas and sun traps. Outdoor breakfast terrace.
- **Swimming Pool:** Large swimming pool with waterfall. Shallow and deep end. Built in steps at shallow end.
- **Parking:** Plenty of free on-site parking available for guests.
- **Smoking:** Not permitted inside, may be allowed to smoke outside, if disposed of correctly and safely.

## Booking Information

- 50% deposit is required to reserve the property. The remaining balance is due 12 weeks before arrival. Extras can be arranged at an additional cost. Menus for lunch, dinner, BBQs and picnics can be created in advance.

- Brunch is also an option to allow for retreats to hold early yoga / Pilate sessions or a good hike before
