Casa Manor Pedras de Cima is a luxurious and comfortable Portuguese mansion in the eastern Algarve (Santa Luzia, Tavira), which has been recently modernized. Just 5 minutes from the beach and with a private pool, this wonderful villa is available all year round and perfect for a group of friends or large family get together.

The house has the benefit of grounds extending to a total of 3.5 hectares, home to numerous lemon trees, palm trees, (sub) tropical fruit trees and plants - guests are welcome to pick and eat the fruit and vegetables when in season. There are also lovely shady spots, and for the energetic there is a large sports field, with a range of sports equipment.

The roof terrace near the pool is the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful view over the coastline of the Algarve. Or gather round the pool and relax with a drink from the luxurious outdoor bar. Best of all is the authentic courtyard with its old olive trees. The barbecue area and pizza oven makes the outdoor life complete.

Spread over 2 floors, Casa Manor Pedras de Cima has 10 bedrooms (7 rooms with a sofa bed for additional guests), each with its own (heated) bathroom en suite. All rooms have air conditioning and heating, as well as a ceiling fan - making this house suitable all year round. An 11th sleeping area with sofa beds and a bathroom is in the annex near the pool, with large doors opening to the outside.

The surroundings are beautiful - there are picturesque and traditional fishing villages, untouched nature reserves, golf courses and gorgeous white sandy beaches - truly there is something for every member of your group. There is one bedroom which is accessible for a wheelchair. This bedroom has 3 single beds and a bathroom en suite.

Brand new and modern kitchen with all necessary equipment to prepare a lovely dinner for a big group of people.

In the living room there is a dining table for up to 20 people which can expand to 30 people. The fireplace makes this area very cosy.

The sitting room is very comfortable, with a big fireplace and direct access to one of the terraces.

TV and radio available.

Games Room

There is a room with board games. Good spot to relax and have fun.

Central heating throughout the mansion, big open stone fireplace in the living room.

Bedrooms

In the villa there are 10 bedrooms all with an en suite bathroom. The 11th sleeping area with 3 sofa beds is in the annex near the pool.

Linen

Both bed linen and towels are provided.

Bathrooms

Every bedroom has its own heated en suite bathroom. Near the pool there is also a shower and toilet.

Location

Santa Luzia is a picturesque little fishing village and still an undiscovered piece of Algarve. Fantastic is the 12km long sandy beach.

Tavira. The centre is atmospheric and lively with good restaurants, terraces and shops. Tavira is still one of the few places where, despite tourism, the Portuguese character has been preserved.
There are all kind of shops near to the mansion. Santa Luzia and Tavira are nearest by.
