This beautiful venue, for a holiday or special event, is set within 600 acres of private land overlooking the Garraf Natural Park and towards the sea. Outside, the infinity pool looks out across the hills, with sunbeds, seating areas, gardens and a rooftop terrace for morning coffee or an evening drink. Casa Nova is made for happy times, offering a memorable setting for weddings and celebrations. Corporate retreats and business team gatherings are also well catered for. Or gather friends or family for a luxury holiday or reunion, to mark a milestone birthday or for a respectful stag or hen weekend. Dogs are welcome too. Dining is very much at the heart of Casa Nova. Bring everyone to the table for long lunches, relaxed breakfasts and evenings spent together, with views across the surrounding countryside. The covered terrace can seat up to 70 guests, a practical and welcoming space perfect for the warmer months. The house at Casa Nova combines the character of a traditional country manor with comfortable contemporary living. There are 9 air conditioned bedrooms, 8 with en suite bathrooms, with one bedroom having access to a shared bathroom. Additional beds can be arranged when required. Spacious living areas, sunny terraces and shaded outdoor spaces provide plenty of room for everyone to enjoy spending time together, while quieter corners offer a chance to escape and unwind. Casa Nova Estate is a wonderful base for exploring this special area of spain, with Sitges nearby for excellent beaches and vibrant town life. Keen walkers and cyclists will love the trails and climbs of Garraf and culture enthusiasts can head to Barcelona where there are many famous historic attractions. For larger groups, a private pathway links Casa Nova with Mansion Los Naranjos, just 200 metres away. To formalise your reservation, a 40% deposit must be paid.  The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.  - - Cleaning fees mandatory apply equally to all properties: 500€. - - A refundable security deposit of 1500€ apply separately.  - - Tourist tax: There is a tourist tax of €2 per person per night and is payable at check-out (or can be deducted from the security deposit).
