## About The Property

This large luxurious villa has been tastefully restored to offer high quality accommodation. The villa is accessible for a wheelchair user.

There are 7 beautiful bedrooms, 4 lounge areas, 6 bathrooms and even 5 kitchens giving your group all the space needed. Each room is individually styled with luxurious bedding, brand new memory foam mattresses and extravagant touches for a luxury home from home feel. All bedrooms have air con.

There are a wide range of facilities perfect for all ages. The villa is set in extensive olive groves with an abundance of patio areas and terraces to soak up the sun and enjoy the breathtaking views, and a great pergola to relax under in the shade. The games area is placed perfectly next to the pool area so you can enjoy a game of pool, darts, table tennis in the sunshine whilst others sunbathe. The pool has a safety fence for security. The magna pool system is chlorine free and run by crystals and minerals to rejuvenate your body and mind, acting like a spa. There's also a brand new hot tub - a joy to sink into and at 39 degrees all year round.

Inside, the beautiful lounge provides a central seating area for everyone to come together, with a large welcoming open log fire for winter evenings and comfortable sofas to relax in. The villa has air con or ceiling/stand up fans in all bedrooms for your comfort and all bathrooms have power showers and great space.

For the evenings we have a poker table and you can even hire in flamenco dancers. There is also a Play Station 2 for the kids and we are totally gated on all outside areas for the kids safety. We also have the latest movies, and a large selection of books. We have converted the main lounge in to a cinema room - there is a 60 inch TV with a sound bar and subwoofer.

This beautiful villa is just 5 minutes by car from the stunning beach and lake of Iznajar. The beach has no crowds, non-motorised sports plus a wonderful beach bar - a really special place. In less than an hour you can visit Malaga for a city tour or a coastal beach day. Granada is worth a visit - enjoy cave flamenco, a vibrant history and tapas trails.

- **Dog Friendly:** No pets.
- **Accessibility:** A beautiful bedroom and bathroom with full facilities on the ground floor and full access round the whole villa including all communal areas.
- **WiFi:** Free WiFi available.
- **Kitchen:** There are 5 well equipped kitchens and the main one has a dishwasher. They are well equipped with everything you need and we do have coffee machines.
- **Dining Room:** There are many dining areas inside and outside of the villa. We have wonderful pergolas with seating areas, terraces, patios and indoor areas.
- **Sitting Room:** There are 4 sitting rooms in total, 3 have double sofa beds (brand new and the best quality leather). The main lounge has a large open fire.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** There are tvs dotted around and a 60 inch tv in the cinema room with a selection of hundreds of movies to choose from and sports.
- **Games Room:** Table tennis, darts, pool table, poker table, Play Station 2.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Heating for cooler months, air conditioning and ceiling fans for summer. The main lounge has a beautiful open log fire and logs are supplied.
- **Bedrooms:** There are 7 beautiful bedrooms all equipped with luxury bedding and dressing gowns. We are very flexible and can swap beds round to suit your needs.
- **Linen:** All linen is provided and is luxury Egyptian cotton. In the Winter all beds have wonderful duvets on and the double beds have thick mattress toppers.
- **Bathrooms:** There are 6 bathrooms in total. One has disabled facilities on the ground floor and the master bathroom has a corner bath and large walk in shower.
- **Children's Facilities:** This villa is great for children with a pool Jacuzzi and games area. There are cots and high chairs and many shaded areas if required.
- **Outdoor:** Jacuzzi, games area and magna pool (crystal pool system). We offer beauty treatments, salsa and you can hire your own flamenco dancers.
- **Swimming Pool:** The pool is chlorine free and has a cover on for winter. It is fenced for young children if required. The magna pool has crystals to rejuvenate.
- **Parking:** We have ample parking on a private drive that can accommodate over 10 cars if required.
- **Smoking:** Smoking is permitted in all outside areas but not inside the villa.

- A 1000 pounds deposit per week to book your holiday and the balance paid 3 months before arrival
