Stunning holiday villa in Sicily sleeping 8 with an infinity pool and hot tub, perfect for getaways with extended family and friends
Holiday Rental for Groups of Families and Friends. Casa Salina, Scicli, Sicily, Italy, sleeps 4 - 8 in 4 bedrooms.
This 19th century rural holiday villa in Sicily has been sensitively restored to create a beautiful home which fits perfectly within the natural landscape. The feature stone walls contrast happily with the brilliant blues of the pool and Jacuzzi outside, giving a feel of open space under big skies. The living accommodation inside and out is spacious and comfortable, ideal for a multi generational family holiday or a trip away with friends. One of the highlights here is the infinity pool which uses the latest salt water electrolysis technology; take a dip to cool off and enjoy the wellbeing of a pool without chlorine.
The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, and the lounge has comfortable sofas, a cinema screen with MySky and an open fireplace for relaxed evenings. Eat inside at the table overlooking the patio or head outside for a barbecue.
Relax on the terrace loungers next to the infinity pool, or take a long soak in the luxury Jacuzzi after a day out exploring this magical part of Italy. Or find a shaded spot under the mature trees for a drink and a quiet hour or two with a book.
The 4 bedrooms are named after renowned salt mines, all with a private bathroom, Smart TV and high quality linens. 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor, with French door access to the outside and private bathrooms. Upstairs are the other 2 bedrooms, 1 enjoying a separate area with a gorgeous freestanding bath tub. There are also 3 sofa beds for extra visitors, and a ground floor bathroom for convenience.
Beaches at Coast Wagon and Sampieri are close by for a day on the sand. Scicli is a charming medieval town only 5 minutes from the villa, its streets full of churches and palaces and brimming with history. Catania is popular with youngsters and Palermo has a great vibe. And you can't come to Sicily without visiting Mount Etna.
