This beautiful Italian castle is perched high on a hill in the heart of the green hills at Acquasanta Terme, in the Marche region. The recent restoration pays homage to its history, using traditional methods which have been combined with modern conveniences for a very comfortable stay. Castello di Luca is a wonderful choice for a multi generation holiday or friends gathering for a special occasion. The castle's shared spaces are ideal for a yoga retreat or a corporate event, and there's a fantastic on-site restaurant serving the best produce of the region.
Food can be enjoyed in the dining room or outside on the terrace with a drink at the honesty bar before or after dinner. Pop into the pantry, a small shop at the castle selling all kinds of wonderful local produce, ideal to take home as a reminder of a fantastic holiday.

Some rooms have gorgeous painted ceilings and walls, while others enjoy spectacular panoramic views overlooking Sibillini Mountain National Park or the internal courtyard of the castle. The superior quad room, Anna, is located on the 2nd floor of the Tower, looking out over the entire Valle Verde and the ancient mule track of Acquasanta Terme. The Giovanna Suite offers 2 rooms connected by an internal staircase providing a private sanctuary - there's also an attractive living area and an outdoor tub. With Castello di Luca as a starting point, the ancient path of the "old fountain" is a wonderful walk, leading into Pagesse where there are many historic attractions. For keen walkers with energy, climb up to Valledacqua to visit the Farfa Abbey which dates from 970 AD. Take a trip to the elegant city of Ascoli Piceno with its lavish ancient theatre and many ancient piazzas for coffee or ice cream.
