The Cottage and Studios are only available to groups also taking the Barn.

The Barn - has a magnificent beamed ceiling, a gallery, stone fireplace, wood-burning stove and a stone floor with under floor heating. The kitchen is a cooks dream and the dining table can seat 28, so the whole family can be together.

Studio Bedrooms - if you need more sleeping accommodation there are 5 self contained Studio bedrooms each with their own en suite facilities located next to the Barn.

Cottage - behind the Barn is a beautifully designed 2 bedroomed cottage each with its own bathroom / shower room.

Cats Abbey was designed and built with one thing in mind. It’s the sort of place where both sides of the family can get together for granny’s birthday, a wedding or a small business group. Perfect for team building and management courses.

Originally an out-farm yard, Cats Abbey has been purposely designed as a holiday let and converted to a very high standard specifically for holiday accommodation. On the National Trust Sherborne Estate, 5 miles west of Burford, with spectacular views across the Windrush Valley, the location is perfect. Pets are welcome here, but no smoking anywhere inside please.

We can offer self catering, bed and breakfast, or a range of catering options by arrangement. Very suitable for small inspirational corporate events.

The Cotswolds are one of the most beautiful parts of England and such a central location for everyone to reach. Oxford, Cirencester and Cheltenham are all about 20 minutes away, Bibury, Bourton on the Water and Burford, about 10 minutes.

The ideal wedding venues at Cripps Barn, Bibury, and Stone Barn are 7.5 and 2 miles away respectively.

- Chedworth Roman Villa; one of the largest in UK.
- Bibury Trout Farm; Catch your own trout (guaranteed!) have tea, admire the view.
