This house is a quirky Grade II listed building dating from 1632, full of period charm. The main house has a charming tiled entrance hallway featuring the old wooden staircase. The sitting room has a log burner, large TV and 3 large sofas easily seating 10 people. The second sitting room is opposite, with 3 sofas, another huge fire place and log burner. This room doubles up as a games room and contains a 3 in 1 pool, air hockey and ping pong table. The well equipped and spacious kitchen has a Rangemaster electric oven, gas hobs, washing machine, fridge freezer and an island that seats 8 - plenty of space to enjoy drinks together while the cook of the group prepares dinner. There are large amounts of cutlery, crockery and glasses available, as well as pans and utensils. The dining table seats 20 with 180 views of the garden area. The main house sleeps 10 in 5 bedrooms, all with superking beds and en suite facilities. The annex is joined to the main house, offering a unique additional space, with its own courtyard entrance to the back garden and kitchen. The annex has 4 bedrooms, all en suite, and a study with a sofa bed for an extra guest if required. The large enclosed back garden is dog safe, with impressive black decking wrapped around the house. This garden area has an outside ping pong table for your enjoyment. There's also a huge oak gazebo with and outside kitchen, seating and bar area, well equipped for al fresco dining with 2 drinks fridges, an outside sink and BBQ.
