Located in 24 acres of landscaped gardens and grounds, Cefnfaes Hall is an impressive south facing country house nestled in the glorious mid Wales countryside. With so much to see and do nearby - tourist attractions, walking and cycling trails, birdwatching opportunities - or whether just relaxing with family and friends, this is the venue for you! Cefnfaes Hall offers a great base for a multi-generational friends and family holiday or a get together for a special celebration.

The oak panelled reception hall provides an impressive first  impression with adjoining grand staircase and stained glass window -  ideal for gathering the clans or a drinks reception. The well-equipped kitchen provides a large space, with the addition of a scullery and second sink, fridge and laundry adjacent. Sit down at the long oak table in the formal dining room and library and enjoy a sociable dinner catching up. The breakfast room and kitchen also offer less formal dining options. The drawing room has an open fire and takes full advantage of its south facing position with glorious views through a large bay window.  A further, even larger, formal lounge seats 18 with comfortable sofas and occasional chairs, has French doors to the front terrace, and has a 75 inch television.

The many outside seating areas provide ideal spots for morning teas and coffees - for al-fresco dining - and of course, for those essential sundowners. The lawns are perfect for the children to run around or even a family game of croquet. The games room has a pool table and a table tennis table, along with plenty of books.

The luxury bedrooms are individually styled and include super kings, doubles and twins, all elegant and spacious, all with picture windows overlooking the gardens. There are shared bathrooms with baths and showers, and one with a freestanding luxury tub.  

The popular tourist and market town of Rhayader is a five minute walk from the property and offers independent shops, butchers and traditional pubs and inns.  The well-renowned beauty of the Elan Valley with its lakes, reservoirs, Victorian dams and breathtaking scenery is a short 15 minute drive, or a slightly longer walk (but worth the effort!).

- Check in is from 4pm on arrival day, and check out is by 10am on departure day.

- A 33% deposit is required to secure the booking with the balance due 12 weeks before. A refundable security deposit of £500 is required prior to arrival day.
