Century House is a 4 bedroom detached house sleeping up to 8 guests with off-road parking for 2 cars plus a good sized rear garden. This holiday house near Portsmouth and beaches is ideal for family occasions, friends reunions or even contractors working within the area.
Located only a 5 minute drive from Stokes Bay beach and Gosport town centre you are close to local amenities with plenty to see and do. From Gosport you can also easily take the ferry to Portsmouth and the wonderful Gunwharf Quays.
The kitchen is designed fully equipped for self catering with a breakfast table and 6 chairs for informal meals.
The open plan living and dining area has a table to seat all guests for dinner. The dining table converts into a pool and table tennis table too. The lounge section has a large comfy corner sofa and additional seating, plus a centre fireplace and flat screen TV.
3 bedrooms are on the first floor with the 4th at ground floor level. Additional guests can be accommodated on request by using the corner sofa in the lounge and a cube futon bed (extra charge applies). The main first floor bathroom is fitted with a corner bath with shower over, toilet and wash hand basin with all towels included. There is also an en suite shower room connected to the main bedroom, plus a ground floor toilet and wash hand basin under the stairs.
The rear garden patio area is accessed via French doors from the lounge and has furniture for al fresco dining and a gas BBQ. Please ask if you wish to hire in a hot tub (conditions and charges apply).
