## About The Property

Chalet Crethwaite is a contemporary 5 bedroom chalet on 3 floors, ideally placed for the outstanding Three Valleys ski region. Crethwaite is a perfect venue for friends or family groups and a great base for winter or summer alpine holidays.

The fantastic location means that, in just a minute, you can be on the St Martin Gondola, ready to tackle 1 of the 81 slopes with something to suit all levels.The chalet is only 100 metres away from the ski school and just a short walk from the idyllic village of Saint-Martin-de-Belleville. Here, there is fantastic apres ski entertainment, shops and restaurants, including the renowned 3 Michelin starred La Bouitte in a neighbouring hamlet.

In summer, there is so much to do for all ages, including canyoning, gorge walking and paragliding as well as cycling and hiking. Less energetic activities include visits to museums and history walks in the stunning Three Valleys area, without the snow of course.

The chalet boasts a bright open plan living room on the top floor with a traditional Savoyard fireplace and comfortable sofas for cosy evenings after a long day's skiing. Alternatively, guests can sit on the balcony looking out over the beautiful Belleville Valley. The flatscreen TV has UK channels and, for films, a Blu-Ray high definition DVD player.

The dining area, also on the second floor, is sociable and spacious with seating for 10 at the table. The kitchen is well equipped but if you fancy a break from cooking,there is a local catering company who can deliver breakfast and a tasty 2 course evening meal (6 days) right to your door.

The chalet sleeps 10 in 5 tastefully decorated double or twin rooms. 2 rooms are on the ground floor, making the chalet suitable for multi generation family parties. All have en suite or private facilities and 2 have French windows opening onto a balcony overlooking the garden or terrace. Bedrooms have spacious cupboards for storage.

Integral to the property is a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a second fridge. The ski boot room provides useful space for storage and drying.

- **Accessibility:** Bedrooms 1 and 2 are on the ground floor with en suite facilities.
- **Dog Friendly:** Pets not accommodated.
- **Kitchen:** The kitchen is well equipped and includes an electric oven, halogen hob, American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Ample storage space.
- **Dining Room:** The dining area is bright and airy with delightful views to the exterior. There is a table for 10 with seating comprising chairs and a wall bench.
- **Sitting Room:** An open plan room with a traditional log burning stove and comfortable sofas. Take in the view from the balcony and extra seating.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** There is a flatscreen TV with UK channels and a Blu-Ray high definition DVD player.
- **Games Room:** There is no games room.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Central heating throughout. There is a traditional open fire in the living area.
- **Bedrooms:** 5 bedrooms. There are 3 twin bedded double rooms, one standard double and one with a 6 feet double. All have en suite or private facilities.
- **Linen:** Bed linen and towels are provided along with maid service. End of stay cleaning is included but additional clean or towel change available as extra.
- **Bathrooms:** Each bedroom has en suite or private facilities. 3 have baths and all have showers.
- **Children's Facilities:** Cots, high chair and stair gate can be provided for our younger guests. Club Piou Piou is a local creche for children between 18 months and 5 years.
- **Outdoor:** Outside is private parking and a secure ski boot room with heating. Balconies or terraces to the rear are furnished and have pleasant views.
- **Swimming Pool:** There is no swimming pool at the chalet but in Les Menuires there are leisure facilities.
- **Parking:** Private parking.
- **Smoking:** No smoking inside the chalet please.

## Booking Information

- All prices are in Euros. Sunday changeover – flexibility for shorter or extended breaks outside winter ski season. A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking and the balance due 8 weeks before arrival.
