Located within the idyllic village of Ashton this Grade II Listed farmhouse is perfect as a country retreat – but still in walking distance to the local pub and village green.

The house sleeps 10 and comprises 4 bedrooms (2 kings, a twin and a triple room with small double beds), 3bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, sitting room, games room and downstairs WC.

One or two well behaved dogs considered. Please enquire.

The emphasis inside is on quality, in a style that is both comfortable and elegantly modern. Solid wood finishes and natural features makes this house quite individual whilst allowing for the highest expectations in modern bathrooms and kitchen spaces.

Other houses on the Estate can accommodate additional guests: Morland Manor sleeps 10 and contains beautiful antiques, the Stables Complex sleeps 12 (Gold Cup Rooms sleep 8 and Goodwood Rooms sleeps 4), or the Lady Rothschild Dairy - Constable, Turner and Gainsborough Houses - together sleep 25.

Fresh bed linen and towels are provided and are included within the price.
Bathrooms vary in style and design - please see website for photos. Some are en suite. There is one bath and two showers.
No specific facilities for disabled guests.
We offer high chairs (subject to availability) on a first come first serve basis.
The accommodation includes outdoor furniture and a small summer house.
There is no swimming pool.
Free parking is available outside the properties.
Smoking is not permitted within any of the properties.
May consider one or two small to medium sized dogs. Please enquire.

Depending on availability dates can be flexible. An advance payment of circa 20-25% of the price required and then the balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. Payment by bank transfer or cheque.
