The hub of the house is the open-plan kitchen and dining room on the ground floor, fully equipped for group catering and entertaining. French doors open to the generous walled garden, professionally landscaped with outdoor seating, lighting, heating, and a BBQ. On the first floor are 2 elegant living rooms with sash windows and fireplaces, both relaxed spaces in which to socialise or unwind. One of the rooms includes a double sofa bed to accommodate one or two adults. The lower ground floor adds a third lounge (also with a sofa bed) with a kitchenette, bathroom and a quiet bedroom with a king-size bed and en suite. This flexible tucked away space is perfect for grandparents or a nanny.

Upstairs, 4 further bedrooms include a spacious master with a super king-size bed, a king-size with an en suite, a double and a twin. Premium bed linen and towels are provided. The main family bathroom includes a bath and a separate shower.

The property is just a few minutes' walk from Bath's main sights, including the Royal Crescent, Thermae Spa, The Assembly Rooms, Bath Abbey, Pulteney Bridge and The Holburne Museum.
