Chateau Coty is ideal for a stay with family, friends, or other groups from 16 to 27 (max. 32) persons in sunny South France. Despite the modern luxury the chateau provides, it remains a throwback to centuries past. The rustic and romantic authenticity has been preserved after thorough renovation and redecoration.

The picturesque Chateau is only available for private rental to give you the full comfort of this property. Chateau Coty provides 13 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms (9 en suite), 2 kitchens, 2 salons, a private pool, a private cinema, and a billiard room! The apartment La Pigeonnaire is perfect for members of multi-generational family groups or others looking for a little more privacy.

Chateau Coty has a wonderful big swimming pool, beautifully sunny and shady spots, a large communal kitchen for cooking, long tables for dining in the evenings, a cinema where you can watch a film after sunset, and a pool room where you can play a last game of pool before turning in for the night. And if you feel like an outing, there are lots of things to see or do in the surrounding area, with plenty of nature, romantic medieval villages on hilltops, and local farmer's markets.

Enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the French countryside at this beautiful estate, set in a sweeping landscape, to unwind and relax in the pleasant climate of Southern France.

For weddings or big groups, we can have a capacity of up to 36 people sleeping.

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** Only on request. The caretakers have a dog (male German Shepherd), multiple cats, and there are also chickens on the terrain.
- **Accessibility:** There are 4 bedrooms on the ground floor of the Chateau for persons who have difficulty walking stairs.
- **WiFi:** WiFi available.
- **Kitchen:** 2 kitchens available for your use. Equipped with all tableware and kitchenware needed.
- **Dining Room:** There are multiple options available to dine, inside and outside. Most of our guests prefer to dine outside, at the long dining tables.
- **Sitting Room:** 2 communal salons, and in many of the bedrooms there are sofas as well. The salon in the Chateau is beautifully decorated with paintings.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** The salon in the Chateau is equipped with a TV with French, English, and Dutch channels and plays DVDs.
- **Games Room:** Feel like playing a game of billiards in style? The billiard room is beautifully decorated with frescoes.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** The fireplace in the Pigeonnaire is available for use. Outside there are portable fire pits available. Wood is provided.
- **Bedrooms:** In total 13 bedrooms, 10 in the Chateau, and 3 in the Pigeonnaire, a mix of kings, doubles and singles. 6 bedrooms have a private en suite bathroom.
- **Linen:** Bed linen and towels are included in the rental fee.
- **Bathrooms:** 6 bedrooms have a private en suite bathroom, the other 4 rooms share 2 further bathrooms. In the Pigeonnaire there is 1 bathroom for the 3 bedrooms.
- **Children's Facilities:** We can provide 3 baby cots and high chairs. There are outside toys available (inflatables for in the pool.)
- **Outdoor:** The outdoor cinema is a favourite of both adults and children. Large garden, with shady and sunny spots, outside dining area, seats and loungers.
- **Swimming Pool:** The private pool is 20 metres long, 5 metres wide, and around 1,6 metres deep and will be cleaned every day by the caretakers.
- **Parking:** There are enough parking places in the courtyard, with 2 covered parking places.
- **Smoking:** Smoking is not allowed inside, only outside.
