Whether you’re here for a long-awaited holiday, to celebrate a milestone birthday or some other special occasion, the chateau offers a venue with the very best of French charm. The chateau also regularly hosts both corporate events and weddings, a beautiful and inspiring venue with plenty of space for a large group.

Set high on a hill overlooking the medieval village Combourg and surrounded by 65 acres of impressive parkland, three ponds, one for fishing, chestnut forest, the estate is a peaceful setting. Mornings begin slowly: enjoy breakfast on the sunny terrace or wander through the gardens. Days unfold at whatever pace you choose, with no need to leave the grounds; swim in the pool, settle down with a good book in the shade, picnic beside the water or simply let the calm of the landscape wash over you.

The chateau and its three beautifully restored cottages can easily accommodate up to 30 guests with bedrooms configured to suit the needs of a mixed gathering. There's an interesting  blend of history and original features with modern touches in a range of inviting rooms. A stunning 18th-century cider house provides an elegant setting for group dinners and celebrations, and larger gatherings (with extra guests not staying at the chateau) can flow into an elegant marquee overlooking the valley.

When you’re ready to explore further afield, the region offers endless delights. Within 40 minutes you can reach Brittany’s most iconic destinations including Saint-Malo, Dinan, Cancale, Dinard and even Mont Saint-Michel. Spend days discovering medieval towns, tasting world-class seafood or relaxing on golden beaches. Food lovers will be in heaven with local galettes, crepes, oysters and wines, while golfers can play a round at 7 excellent courses nearby.
