The gites are available together or individually, with private outside areas and shared access to the swimming pool and the rest of the estate.

Each gite is well equipped, with its own living and dining areas allowing group members to enjoy private time. Everyone can also come together for meals in Magnolia (with coffee machines and all breakfast equipment for 20 guests in Magnolia on request), inside and out, and to relax in the grounds and by the outdoor swimming pool, or for a game of badminton or volleyball - the best of both worlds.
Chateau la Gontrie is an estate amounting to 11 hectares, made up of gardens and grounds, vines and forest. Located just 20 minutes from Bordeaux, this peaceful haven is at the heart of the wine growing region of the south west of France, with many opportunities to visit producers for wine tasting and tours.
There are many other places of interest too, including medieval villages and the Atlantic coast, as well as several family attractions. With golf courses, watersports and horse riding within easy reach, as well as a network of cycle paths and great walking, there's plenty to keep everyone entertained during your holiday.
