## About The Property

Available for exclusive use all year round.

When not taken with exclusive use by groups, we welcome individual guests from May to October included in our 5 chateau guest rooms (breakfast included) and 7 self catering gites.

With in total 20 bedrooms (16 bathrooms) our maximum sleeping capacity is 60 guests.

Not each of us was born a prince or a princess, however each of you may have a chateau for a few nights! Celebrating a wedding, anniversary, birthday, family gathering or another occasion, give yourself a bit of a luxury in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

Chateau Rieutort, known as the "Petit Versailles of Herault", is privately owned and could open its doors to you for your special time in the south of France. Whatever your preference, the owners will make you feel at home and not wanting to leave!

Have an unforgettable holiday in a baroque chateau complex decorated with imagination and finesse. Renovated throughout, the chateau has two swimming pools and spa facilities within the 200 year old park. It is also surrounded by immense vineyards. Sleeping 60 guests (including sofa beds), the chateau can host parties for many more on the grounds. Some 500,000 bottles of exceptional wines are made on site annually so your glasses will never be empty!

Let your friends or family relax in the pools sipping amazing wines, having a massage in the spa, snooze on the terrace overlooking Languedoc vineyards or invite them for a wine tasting tour in the domain. For guests seeking more action, the chateau offers billiards, table tennis, table football and mountain bicycles. Many guests also opt for the heated naturist pool.

Near the chateau there are numerous small villages and towns worth visiting like Pezenas or St. Guilhem le Désert, as well as caves, abbeys and regional food markets with local producers offering unforgettable cheese, olives, honey, confitures, oysters and wines.

The chateau has no neighbours and is perfectly isolated from the hustle and bustle of the modern world but close enough to civilisation.

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** There are 3 cats on the property. Guests are authorised to come with pets only if they are accommodated in gites - not in the chateau bedrooms.
- **Accessibility:** The chateau has one ground floor room with an en suite shower, however there are two steps in the room. For limited mobility - not disabled guests.
- **WiFi:** The entire property has WiFi (also the area around the swimming pools).
- **Kitchen:** Main chateau kitchen is not accessible for guests between May and October. 7 other kitchens (in gites) are fully equipped.
- **Dining Room:** 100 guests can be seated in the chateau dining room. Hundreds can be seated in the park. Every gite has also a dining space.
- **Sitting Room:** Sitting area of the chateau is a part of the dining room dominated by the fire place and it adjoins the games room.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** Every gite is equipped with a TV (mostly SMART) and music systems with iPod docks. Among chateau rooms, two have a TV, all rooms have radios.
- **Games Room:** The games room offers billiards, table football, board games and a massage chair. You can play table tennis, pétanque and volleyball in the park.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Chateau has a central heating system, 2 fire places: in the dining room and in one of the rooms. Gites are heated with reversible air conditioners.
- **Bedrooms:** All bedrooms are equipped with king size beds. In some gites there are single beds available and all over the property there are sofa beds too.
- **Linen:** Bed linen and towels are provided at no extra cost.
- **Bathrooms:** Every chateau room has an en suite bathroom with a shower and a separate WC. In gites bathrooms are sometimes shared between two rooms.
- **Children's Facilities:** The chateau can offer 3 baby cots if needed.
- **Outdoor:** Every gite has a BBQ, garden furniture and parasols. Garden furniture, beds and parasols by both pools. One of the gites has an outdoor Jacuzzi.
- **Swimming Pool:** Of the two swimming pools, one is heated. When the property is not used exclusively the bigger, heated pool serves as a naturist pool.
- **Parking:** Up to 100 cars can be parked at the domain.
- **Smoking:** Smoking is not allowed anywhere indoors. Outdoor we ask you to respect the presence of other guests and smoke at a distance from them.

- Rates given are in Euros. Flexible about the changeover days – there is no day imposed. The minimum stay is 2 nights. Indicated prices are for exclusive use of the entire property sleeping 60 guests. The chateau offers tailored prices so do not hesitate to make your request.
