Each apartment sleeps 6 guests with two bathrooms. Booked together, the property sleeps 12 in principal beds across four king-size bedrooms, one double bedroom and one adult bunk room. Additional flexible sleeping allows organised groups of up to 18 guests by prior arrangement. The duplex layout provides natural flexibility: two open-plan living areas, two fully equipped solid oak kitchens with granite worktops, four bathrooms and two private courtyard terraces — each with its own hot tub. Unlike a single large house, the dual-apartment structure allows your group to gather easily while still offering space to retreat. Natural materials, steam and feature showers, and a curated collection of glass artwork create interiors that feel welcoming and distinctive. We are independently owned and professionally operated, with years of experience hosting organised group stays. From first enquiry, we work directly with the lead organiser to simplify arrangements and reduce stress. Everything is walkable — the historic Chester Rows, River Dee, Canal Quarter, Waitrose and Chester Racecourse are all close by. Themed River Dee cruises are easily combined with a city-centre stay.
