## About The Property

Christ College Brecon provides catered residential accommodation for youth groups during the school Easter and Summer holidays. Smaller groups of up to 50 can also be accommodated during the October, February and May half term breaks.

Set within 40 acres of private grounds on the edge of Brecon in Bannau Brycheiniog National Park, this boarding school campus offers space, facilities and structured support for organised youth stays. The location provides easy access to the town centre as well as mountains, walking routes and outdoor activity providers.

The site is well suited to sporting summer camps, performing arts groups, choirs, music ensembles, school residentials, training programmes and other organised youth groups requiring accommodation with a wide range of excellent on-site facilities.

Indoor spaces can be used for rehearsals, group sessions, meetings or performances depending on requirements.

Extensive sports facilities are available, including rugby and football pitches, a 3G astroturf pitch, tennis and netball courts, cricket wickets and nets. Indoor facilities include an 18 metre swimming pool, sports hall and squash court.

Accommodation is arranged across 6 boarding houses, sleeping between 39 and 56 in each, with capacity for up to 270 guests in total. Rooms include single, twin and dormitory style options. Each house has a common room and games area. All stays are fully catered and meals are provided in the Dining Hall. Snacks can be prepared in the boarding house kitchens.

- **Bedrooms:** 5 boarding houses offer accommodation for 200 in single, twin and dorm style rooms.
- **Bathrooms:** Shared bathroom facilities in boarding houses.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** Sky TV in boarding house common rooms. Memorial Hall has 6 metre wide screen for data projection and sound system. Meeting room with 75"TV.
