We have a beautiful outlook over rolling countryside and Bircham Windmill, and are close to the NW Norfolk coast. The cottages are set around a courtyard, so close by for large groups taking more than one property. We are ideal for large family gatherings, for groups of friends with young families to come away together and also appeal to the corporate market. Why not come away for Christmas and have all your family and friends together under 1 roof for the festive season? We have previously hosted the Paralympic Rugby Team, providing them with an Away Training Base for over 8 years. All the cottages have level access & The Dresser & The Drier have lift access to the upper storey. Disability equipment, eg. profile bed, hoist, recliner chairs are available to hire. Pets are welcome. Cot & high chair are available for hire, & free Wi-Fi is available. There is so much to do in the area. We have Sandringham, Holkham Hall and Houghton Hall on our doorstep. There is also The Thursford Experience & The Bure Valley Railway close by. Plenty for the kids to do too: Bewilderwood, Farmer Fred's Playbarn, Church Farm Rare Breeds Centre and Oasis Swimming Centre. We are very lucky to have an abundance of bird life locally. You may spot our resident barn owls, alternatively there are RSPB reserves nearby such as Snettisham, Pensthorpe and Titchwell. Lots of lovely pubs and restaurants locally too, so if you fancy a walk along some of our beautiful beaches you can grab a bite to eat afterwards. Short breaks from Nov to April, full weeks only May to Oct. ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** All pets allowed, we ask that they do not go on the furniture and that you pick up after them. - **Accessibility:** All level access, designed with wheelchair users in mind, accessible kitchens, wet rooms, disability equipment to hire. - **WiFi:** Advise use of mobile phone as no phone in properties.
