A cross shaped pergola gives each barn a private area with its own garden furniture. We usually rent all 3 barns to groups of family or friends, sleeping 17 in total. For families, walkers, cyclists or bird watchers it really is the perfect accommodation for a relaxing break exploring this area of outstanding natural beauty. The biggest of the barns is Corner Barn which sleeps up to 9 and has public rooms large enough to accommodate gatherings of guests from all three cottages. All bedrooms are en-suite, Corner Barn also has disabled access with a large double room on the ground floor with king-sized bed and wet-room style bathroom. The open plan style of Bailey's Barn shows off the beautiful old roof beams, original sloping walls and ceilings, while providing every modern comfort. It will sleep 2 in the double bed upstairs in the spacious gallery. When large groups are staying, Bailey's is the perfect place for couples to escape to for peace and quiet. Owl sleeps 6 in 1 king and 2 twin rooms. Owl has an open plan living, dining, kitchen area. It is centrally heated with a large family bathroom and separate WC. ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** Well behaved pets welcome. Lots of lovely walks from your front door. - **Accessibility:** Paved footpath from car park to Corner Barn with large double bedroom on ground floor, en suite wet room, mobility equipment available. - **WiFi:** Broadband WiFi internet access, satellite TV. - **Kitchen:** Each barn has its own fully equipped kitchen. The large kitchen in Corner allows big meals to be prepared. - **Dining Room:** Bailey's & Owl have own dining areas. Corner has a massive farmhouse kitchen with table seating 9 (banqueting table allows up to 18 to eat together). - **Sitting Room:** The sitting room in Corner is large with vaulted ceiling, comfortable sofas and armchairs. Owl and Bailey's both have comfortable sitting areas. - **TV and Music Facilities:** Each barn has a 32" HD flat screen TV with satellite reception and DVD player, and all three have a music CD system (with iPod plug-in in Corner). - **Games Room:** One side of the courtyard has an open barn with large table tennis table, an extra freezer and fridge, a washing machine and tumble dryer. - **Heating and Open Fires:** Corner Barn and Bailey's barn have thermostat controlled underfloor heating and wood burning stoves. Owl has central heating. - **Bedrooms:** Corner - 2 double rooms, one triple bedded room and a single with extra trundle. Owl - 1 double and two twin. Bailey's - 1 double. - **Linen:** All bed linen and towels are provided. All beds have freshly laundered crisp white cotton sheets and duvets. - **Bathrooms:** All the bedrooms in Corner have en suite shower rooms. Owl has bathroom with shower enclosure and separate WC. Bailey's has a wet room style bathroom. - **Children's Facilities:** Box of children's books and toys in each barn. 2 cots and high chairs available.
